The room they gave us was not upto expectations. The geyser was not functioning. There was no soap, towel in washroom. I have to ask for everything. But later they provided the services.

The best place to visit. The staff is very good and cooperative. Felt very good and comfortable during my two days stay.

Hotel does not have any contact to main road. You can not take your vehicle till hotel. Hotel does not even have a room boy to assist u to take all your luggage. You need to drag your luggage on a dirty narrow passage to reach your room. After reaching the hotel you find no lift. Rooms are somewhat clean and okay, but the location is totally interior and not worth to book this hotel at any cost. Hotel management is not at all organised. Even if you call the reception you dont get a proper details to find the location. So think twice before booking this hotel. Not at all recommended.

It was ultimate experience.Very friendly staff , felt just like i m in my home not in any hotel.Very gd hotel with open baloncy to enjoy fresh air at nights & huge lobby to walk if u cant sleep no restrictions like other hotels .Food service was superb.I will surely visit again

There are 5 reasons why u should never book this hotel1- hotel does not have assessibilty to vehicles, you need to stop your vehicle near soorya palace and then carry your luggage by yourself( because it does not even have a room boy to help u) to hotel thru a narrow dirty passage.2- contact given in the Google map is out of order, even if you find the reception number thru your booking website, receptionist will not give you a proper information about finding the routes and location of hotel.3 - hotel is totally dirty and you see a dirty dog sleeping just in front of the reception counter.4 - you do not find a lift and you will be carrying all your luggage to second a floor too.5 - management is not at all organised and nothing is worth to book a room here.Please do not choose this hotel at any cost.

Worst rooms. Smelly and spotty mattress and sheets. Very unhygienic environment. Worst staff behavior and service. They asked to shift if we did not like the rooms but they will not change the sheets. Worst experience ever. Less than 1 star. More like a slum.

More then worst service. I have booked 2 rooms and paid online and when i am going for check in they said they dont give rooms to those who have already paid generaly online payment. They suggest us to book again in their hotel new reservation and we have to wait for 1.5 hrs in front of hotel for calling and asking oyo for any solution very much disappointed from the hotel never suggest anyone to go their .
