I made a last minute plan to attend my friends wedding but was worried about my outfit as the previous one didnt fit me anymore and there was no time to buy a new one or get it tailor made. Thankfully someone suggested me to hire a dress from Rocking Rental.The store was great and had many options to choose from. The gown I liked needed alteration and they got it done within half an hour. I would be glad to say that their service was excellent and pretty fast.

Id highly recommend this place. One of the best clothes renting outlet in tricity. Very sweet and coordinating staff, high quality apparels at very reasonable prices.

Guyz dont buy products from here.. I have booked one dress for shoot from here for Rs. 3500. And within 24 hrs i had informed to them that Due to Covid, all shoots has been cancelled and want my money back. And they refused to give my money back. Going to consumer court

Dont go with 4.7 rating. Youll be fooled. When it comes to them, theres no negotiation irrespective of any kind of emergency.. and the most important one, my lehenga looked old and torn. High rental price. 3k for 7k lehenga is a lot, that too they forgot to pack me the whole set 😂😂The fact that I specifically asked them to dry clean the whole set. They didnt.Support small family businesses? Yes, we should. But not at the expense of our loss. Customers should be valued as well. Healthy negative criticism also needs to be dealt in a healthy way.

Completely agreed with @kartiksharma Its not their fault if our function or shoot got cancelled or postponed... although its a huge respect to them as they are offering 50% refund which no one in this city offers...my shoot also got postponed nd I was even agreed for not even taking 50% refund as ITS NOT THEIR FAULT.. But still they gave me 50% refund right away so a huge respect to ROCKING RENTAL.. Nd I ll prefer that if you guys want best designs nd outfits in the city then must visit ROCKING RENTAL Sec-35D Chandigarh...

Rude approach towards customer. Highly expensive.No negotiations with customers as if they are running a brand. No refunds to the customers if your event gets cancel. Over smartness towards customers.

Rocking Rental is a good to go place in Tricity. I had visited other places in Mohali and Zirakpur too but here I get more options. Owner is ready to put extra efforts for dry cleaning, matching stall color, pagdi etc. She doesnt bargain but its worth the value you pay. Thank you Kavita Ji for your efforts.

First of all to all the customers taking designers nd stuff i would like to share my views on a recent comment of a guy where he is blaming for not refunding the money after the shoot or fuction got postponed... I am a professional model and a Tv serial Actor and in contact with Rocking Rental since a long period of time... Its not their fault if your shoot is postponed or not happening for some reason and still if they are offering you 50% refund it’s their good will..so appreciate that ...No one do that and i RESPECT ROCKING RENTAL for even refunding 50%... kindly don’t comment these kind of stuff as i said IT WASNT THEIR FAULT... Rocking Rental a huge respect to you for all of your designs and such a humble behaviour that’s been shown towards all...always standing by your side..!!!! Rocking rental is amazing. Coming from far away for an Indian wedding without preparation isnt relaxing, but the service made it smooth. I was helped with a choice. Gladly the place had quite a range of designs to choose from. The return process is extremely straightforward. I was able to return the item even before the shop is open.So if youre in the city for a wedding, I think thats the place to go.

Great service, good collection, affordable price (Got a 3 piece suit with shirt and tie for 2,500 for 3 days with a refundable deposit of 2,500) that too at a short notice (within a few hours of calling).If skeptical about deposit will be returned, I am writing this review after receiving back my deposit which was offered promptly, didnt even need to ask, so definitely trustworthy.If you think the price is too much, trust me I tried a lot of places in Chandigarh, it is very difficult to find someone offering formal suits on rent in the first place so you are better off availing their services.I will highly recommend using their services especially for renting formal suits and for me currently they offer the best service for renting formal suits in Chandigarh.
