Good quality clothes. Worth buying fabric. Reasonable prices. Professional staff but i did not like the staff at the 4th floor lazy staff at that floor😅also the tailor for alteration at 4th floor is not so professional . Had a very bad experience with tailor as he does not listen to the customers problems . 2 stars only for other floors.
Pathetic customer care. No one is bothered to show anything . Although range might be vast and good but third time I tried to buy and came out empty handed in 10 minutes bcz no one is concerned to attend a customer. Never going to this pathetic place again

One Stop Solution for wedding needs.The mall gives a big Smile on face of those who are going to get married or those who are planning to attend marriage. You need not to go from shop to shop to find wedding stuff. You just need to go up & down the building to get your things needed for wedding clothes, jwellery & acessories.A advise to gentlemen who dont love shopping either come in mind with prethought f spend few hours may be download a good hame, drop your women team and go for city excursion or walk around Sec-34 next to mall for good street food. One of the oldest jewellery shop but with time they expanded a lot. The fashion mall has variety of products. Suits, sarees and gowns all sections are having great variety. Range of products is also very affordable, like other stores it is not over priced.

Overall the experience was good. The variety is good. They didnt have western gowns which we needed but their collection of other fancy items is very good.
You will get everything in under roof, best thing is, it is FIXED price shop. Very polite and cooperative staff. We were accompanied and guided by Mr Billa an employee. He is very nice person. You will get variety of clothes. We purchased Lehnga and sarees from there. Multilevel shop, fully air-conditioned.

My family went to shopping to this MALL and first sales persons did not attend them and later after 30 mins when a sales guy attended, he instead of showing clothes, he passed on abusive and sexist slurs. I request @Google to remove this store from Maps and mark this as worst store.

We got two lehengas from here and I must say I am blown away by my experience. The salesman was perfect who painstakingly made an effort to understand our preference and choices and then patiently showcased every lehenga as per our taste. To add to it, their master ji is excellent. All our clothes were well-fitted and every little detail was taken care of. I cant thank Sham Mall along with their salesmen and master ji for creating a marvel in our clothes. Additionally, we got two phulkaris from here. These were so stunning and had great heritage value to it. So we got excellent lehengas, beautiful phulkari, amazing treatment from salesmen, master ji and shopkeeper, and the prices well within our budget. Thank you so much Sham Mall - I know youll be my go to place going forward. Cant thank you enough :)

Poor staff. On top floor, there’s one big fat guy who has no sense how to talk to customer or in front of customer. Always try to rip off your money for no reason. Use cheap language in high class fashion mall. In the end he told me to leave as he has no interest to sell anything. I feel pity for this mall to have such a pathetic staff.
One of the famous shops in Chandigarh. They have variety of cloths for Women, kids and now they are opening separate section for men shorty. Price are genuine and fabric, designs are very nice. Very Beautiful Rumala Sahib can also be purchased from here. Gold jewellery is also available. Drinking water, washroom, complementary snaks is also available for the customer convenience.

Beautiful gowns for wedding and other occasions
I was a regular customer of them. Recently when I visited with my family, we waited for 15 Minutes, but no body attended us. When I complained, though they attended us ,but sold us a defective suit. Next day I informed them telephonicaly When I approached them after 4 days, the return staff refused to accept their fault. He even didnt show the courtesy to offer us a seat. Thank God, I was planning to buy some jewellery also from them, but now dropped the plan. Very very bad service, not matching the standards of Chandigarh. After sales, they just behave like cheap merchant.

Sales guys are not at all attentive. We were standing for almost 10 mins before anyone attended. Also, during peak hours when lot of customers were there, they asked us to come tomorrow. Professionlaism needs to be improved. I feel prices are also inflated to some extent as compared to quality of the fabric.
