Extremely disappointed as my product was missing from the packing when I unboxed after coming home. Benefit cosmetics pore primer. Only the free mini tube was inside the box whereas the original tube was missing. Kindly reach out to resolve the issue.

This is go to stop for makeup but they havent stocked on the free minis that come with our orders since more than 1 year !

I usually buy foundation, compact amd lipstick from Sephora...being international brand, their price for these products are genuine..not too costly..One can buy multiple international brands under one roof..there are expertise who helps in assisting right shade and product.Overall experience is good but it is so far from my home , i can visit once in a year

Worst experience. The sales girls are poor in attending customers and are not knowledgeable. Visited recently, in corona times too these girls were not wearing proper masks and were using same makeup brush on trial customers. They are in such a hurry to sell product to customer irrespective of the fact that it suits them or not. Highly disappointed by staff.If you have complete knowledge of what you want to buy only then visit the store, else they will confuse you and dupe you.

Horrible place, shop is always a mess, lack of hygiene. Staff is pathetic. Untrained, rude, inattentive and inefficient. They only come to their job so that they can make full use of the free makeup available there in the form of testers. No masks, no regard for distancing or taking any covid-related precautions.

Really great make up and make up advice. The products are costly but results are amazing. You can be sure of getting genuine products and really great make up advice and products which are suitable for different kind of skin. The sales person are very helpful and welcoming. Really a nice place to take female members of your family.

Ruma is excellent, she knows the product and how to use them. She helped me find the right product for my needs

Worst experience ever!!!!!! Poorest customer service. Floor staff tried to dupe new customers.please do not visit this store until and unless you have complete knowledge about what you want to buy and what you are buying, and they even tried to give the expired product

I had a very bad experience the worker did not even know how to apply any product and despite of me telling them two specific brands of full coverage foundations they forced me to try another brand which after application did not give me much coverage and they told me that it’s not full coverage which I already knew and told them to specifically give me huda or forever but I was shocked how little knowledge they have about products and makeup application . I would never want to shop in India at Sephora due to this experience
