The centre is clean and sanitized, staff is polite, but thats the only reason Im giving one star. The service was poor. I got my nails done two days ago and the polish has started chipping. Mind you, this is gel polish that ideally stays for about a month or so. They said they do a dry manicure before painting nails (assuming that at least includes removing cuticles). None of that was done properly. So unhappy that I did a home manicure, filed my nails again, and have applied a normal nail paint on top of that gel polish. The staff kept saying that they leave a hairline so the polish doesnt touch the skin, but honestly it looks so bad! Almost as if its a week or 10 days old polish and looks like my nails have grown after that. It already looks old. Ive got gel polish on my nails so many times (from different salons), but this has been my worst experience by far.

I got gel overlays refill done from this studio. Within 2 hours my nail colour had black patches and the crack appeared on the same nail on the same place where I asked the staff to be carefull and check whether the nail is broken. First picture was shared on the very same day I got my nails done. She assured me that it is just a crack on the gel base and the nail is not broken but actually nail was broken. I am not at all satisfied with their service this time. Giving one star just because of hygiene and the staff was polite. If that broken nail had been fixed that time there shouldnt be any crack on the same day.

The look is kept very chic, modern with vintage elements. When you enter the place, you instantly get a very positive vibe, I got to know later that Monica (one of the owners and tarot card readers) tries to keep the energy positive with her chanting. Another cute thing that I liked about the place was, there were small stools kept where I could place my bag and other things; without cluttering the nail art workstation.

Horrible experience !!!! will never visit this place again.....unnecessarily expensive and the owner is super rude. Told me that my service would cost 1500/- but later on, charged me 3600/- for a simple gel polish.......go anywhere but here!!!!!EDIT: the parlours response is as untrue as it is misleading and rude :)

I was charged way higher than what was originally quoted. And all because the staff didn’t listen to me when I said I want a refill. I must have repeated it over and over again atleast 10 times. But they still didn’t listen and took off my perfectly good filling and then overcharged me for their own mistake. Service was very slow. I was anxious the whole time. Bathroom is dirty. I feel quite upset and taken advantage of. Sadly my experiences in India are bad due to unprofessional and money minded people like these.

Horrible experience. Charged me way more than what they originally said they would. Almost triple the original quote. They waited until they had already put the extensions on to tell me it was more than what she originally said when i booked the appointment. Lady was so rude at the end when i said i wouldnt pay that. Never going back. -5 stars

Got done gel nail refills done from them. Overpriced with nothing so great kind of service. As they claim they are best in tricity trust me they aren’t. Others are doing better job that too even in lesser price. What disappointed me most is they didn’t even filled gap properly which occurs when you already have extensions. The main motive of taking service didn’t got served so for me they failed badly!! Don’t even have any such basic etiquettes to ask customer for water/no proper greetings by staff on reception.

Had my wedding nail extensions done from here , nails looked good , the technician was fine but the nails lasted 4 days . I asked the person its shelf life she said its v strong would just need refill when the nail grows . I was supercarefull with the pressure I put with my nails , still my money (good 3200) went to waste and on top of that my time . The ambience is fine . I wish the quality could get a bit better. 12th nov 2019

Not happy, first, very stuffy inside and they don’t want to open windows which is crazy.Second, not upto date, show something else and do something else. I would not go here again, not worth the cost.

Over hyped. My extensions came out without any mishandling. Well, as advertised in advance they were ought to stay for more than a month and never go. It was heavy on pocket though to spend. The worse part is, my original nail has been peeled due to this. Though the place is nice with good ambiance. They should pretty well tell the customers in advance that this thing is for a short duration and whatever.

Probably the worst experience I had with the job done. It took them three and a half hours to work on my nails. The nails were redone twice as the design I wanted was out of their frame and came out unsatisfactory at the end. The amount of time and cost that was put was a sheer waste in terms of quality of nails produced by them.

I had a horrible experience!! I had to get stones removed from the ring fingers, which the girl got so tired removing and she had no clue what she was doing. My natural nails are long and strong, so I dont need fake nails. I told the lady clearly that I dont need anything else on it except regular nailpaint, coz I dont want to destroy my original nails.So asecond lady came and after my nails were done - I asked her will it come off with remover, she said no, you have to come back or you can cut them off!! I was mad and she said you agreed to the same. I didnt agree to it, as what the first girl said to me I couldnt understand. I like diversity but atleast make sure your employees know how to talk in Hindi or English. All my nails are broken now and weak and I had to cut them. 😡

Not worthy according to the money coz nails got off in a short period and if we calling them for help then they will charge you extra i guess in 4000 they need to take care for nails for one month atleast like if these kinds of things would happen with nails then they should have to take care of nails free for one month. But they are not accepting their faults. They going to tell you your faults like why your nails got off from the place what have you done. Blah blah.
