Price is too high and quality of service is pathetic. Must visit if you want to waste your money.I went there for hair spa + hair trim in June 2020. Products used were original. After massaging the spa creme, the hair dresser said would you be ok if we use hot towel and not steamer. I was just shocked. I am not paying so much money for hot towel. If I had to use a hot towel then I could have done it at my home.Also, they charged me extra for the haircut than what they had told me.Only thing I found ok was that they used original products for hair spa.

Was always searching for a perfect hair dresser, finally tried glamazone sector 21 Chandigarh and Mr Anil kumar actually listened and perfectly worked on my hair. He truely knows the in and outs of all the new techniques.Really looking forward for my further appointments here.

- their services are quite good...- its a affordable place to go for....- staff is nice....- but I suggest you not to trust blindly on those girls or boys staff who is still under training period..... Because sometimes they do blunders....- salon is quite neat and clean ....- they do have a small waiting area as well where you can read magazines.....

The worst experience ever. I called for a men hair colour service. I asked if they can do Ash/grey color on my hair. A gentleman confidently said yeah we have done it to many customers. I went there, he kept on trying his experiments by putting on alot of bleach on my hair. He did it for 7-8 times repeatedly and said” see hair are coming white” LOL . This is how he wanted to make my hair white by damaging all its polish. That illiterate person doesnt even have sense that there’s a colour required. My hair have become dry and ugly ever since. Just ruined it. HE CHARGED ME 1200 Rs for that bleach applying on 3 damn streaks. And i was told 400 rs on call. Fake.

No so professional.. its very crowded and they dont give proper service to a customer..i wanted to get streaks. But all messed up and result was awful. No recommend!!!

You really need to keep skilled person in your salon. I wasn’t satisfied.You really need to take care of it. It should be haircutter who would suggest that what looks better.Instead, I have to tell him what to do & how to do.I know it’s duty of customer to tell what kind of haircut would he like but despite of telling him, he wasn’t able to do as said by me. Haircutter who treated me was new & wasn’t skilled enough. Can you think haircut+beard could take more than 1 hour & 30 minutes. Thankfully, I wasn’t busy to go somewhere else.If there would be any person instead of me who has to go somewhere else,what would have happened to him. You guys really nead to take care of your customers. Frankly saying I never visited your salon before & I was suggested by my friend to visit. I saw that he had a nice haircut & I really liked that so, I decided to visit to your salon but unfortunately i was disappointed 😕
