Good points:- Staff was cooperative and quick- Location was good- Parking was available- comfortable and clean bedsBad points:- Sofa in the room wasnt clean.- There was only a single soap in the bathroom, no body wash, no shampoo, nothing.- Milk powder, sugar packs and coffee sachets were available, but no tea bags were available.- No complimentry water bottle (even a 1 star hotel provides this).- No sleepers/sandals were available.Ive been to better hotels at same or even lesser rates, thats why 2 stars.

The services provided at the hotel were pathetic.The room was not clean bed sheets were not cleaned. The tv was not working. The telephone was not operational.After asking them they said you come out and ask for anything it will not work.when we asked for a water bottle they said it was not included because you have booked it online with a discount if you book it offline than only a free water bottle is available and all other serviced.The breakfast option was the only paratha that too only potato and very oily.We booked a deluxe room but were not given one as he said only one room is left but that was not the case.There was no cleanliness in the hotel.The hotel staff was very rude as if we were not paying anything to them.The bathroom was smelly and the flush was also not working properly.The room and bathroom were full of mosquitos and smelling awful.The bathroom door was broken. The room was smelly because the storage room was adjacent to our room we asked them to change it but they did not do it. And even after complaining about these things they did not take any action.There was disturbance throughout our stay we were not able to sleep properly.

The following views are based on my experience/stay.1. The rooms are designed good but when you aside the curtains, you will see the uncleanliness everywhere, the rooms are not just maintained and cleaned thoroughly.2. Bathroom was unclean too, we had four rooms booked. None of them were cleaned and could feel the same smell everywhere.3. Breakfast and tea , was not worth at all. Its served uncovered and cold. If you even complaint about it, they will not even acknowledge. Rather they will teach you about hospitality.I seriously suggest, not to stay here. This hotel needs mantainance and change if management.

Very nice place, food is very nice here and service staff is also good.

On arrival i was told by hotel staff that my booking is upgraded by hotel. but on entering room it was not like they told. no remote was available with TV, no water bottle was provided, tea cattle and glasses were hidden in a small cupboard with raw material was placed like a dustbin or discarded material. remote was provided by the staff after complaining and then tv was not working. AC was also not in working condition. staff was co-operative but amenities provided were not up to the mark. portable shower in bathing area was also found broken. Almost after an hour i was relaxed when facilities resumed after changing of set-top box for tv and Repair of AC. In the morning breakfast ordered was not good at all.3 star for hotel.2 star for food.4 star for hotel staff.

I had my sister treat here. I have also earlier went now too... Yes I like the way they treat their customers. Their chur chur nan is really amazing must try it guys...... Als o their chilly panner. That is great too. I would to visit again.

We had Overall Good experience visiting here. The crew members were well mannered & talked sensibly. Stayed here for just one day, the ambience was amazing and if considers hygiene & safety terms its 100% safe. No entry will be allowed without id proof thats mandatory step for all & I appreciate it well.The room was well cleaned & hygienic.Interiors of the room was much impressive & the room was also spacious. I will highly recommend this to family members & Married couples.The only problem we faced during our stay was of door lock 🚪🔒 The manager agress that its faulty & said well fix this soon. They called their staff member and then it was fixed.Thanks.

I have stayed there more than 3 times. But for the first time i got a very bad unmanaged room. With no proper ceiling lights. So.. Usually its a good one.. But that day was bad

Perfect place to spend quality time and amazing food

I booked my deluxe room with breakfast option for one day, next day I have early morning flight and for that I have to leave the hotel by 6.30am..at night I requested to the reception staff that can you pack something for my breakfast like fruits etc. as I hve to leave early in the morning but they denied for that and said no we cannot provide, after insisting they said let me ask to my General Manager after 5 min they have called n said we dont provide such things early in the Motning but ok we wll provide something like sandwich and fruits, please collect your packet next day morning from the reception.. next day morning when I asked for my breakfast no one was aware, they were sleeping n said breakfast is not possible at this time... honestly I did not like their hospitality. it is not the matter of breakfast, its just the matter of the hotel hospitality which I find that they were not helpful at all and in future I dont want to refer this hotel to anyone not my family and not even any of my colleagues.

We had an amazing engagement ceremony organised there. The hotel was lovely with great service.Rooms were amazing everything was clean. The service provided by them was top and food was delicious. One of the best place to organise small functions if you are having limited people.

The best (Preferable) cost effective option for arranging party (birthday, anniversary, retirement) in sector 43. Banquet hall has adequate space, and height. Quality of food (starters, meals, snacks, chinese, soft drinks) is good. Menu with wide range of options to select for party. Staff is courteous and cooperative. Parking facility is available. Hotel has dining facility, restaurant and rooms.

The first Hotel located at Sector 43B, Chandigarh. Its well connected with himalayan Marg. This location there are many more hotels viz. Hotel Amara, KLG, Best western etc...Car Parking is paid here by local authorities. You may not get parking space now a days due to rush during weekends and wedding season. This Hotel is having Accommodation, Banquet hall into basement and restaurant at ground floor. Staff are good and hard working and food is good. Where as they have a tough competition with their neighbors.

I went here with a group of my friends. I give 5/5 for both Peri Peri Corn Chaat, Five Pepper Subz Seekh. 5/5 for their Moong Dal Halwa, 4/5 for Hummus with Aloo Kulcha. Their Dal Makhani is the best in the city. Overall good but they must improve their Tandoori Makhana and Paneer Tikka Makhani.

This hotel is very near to the place I stay. Its a decent budget place. We went there for a function at the banquet, and also happened to be in the rooms. The service was quick! The banquet and the rooms are nice. The food was also decent. This place has many hotels adjacent to it, this was my first experience and it was a good one.

I was a regular customer to The First Hotel but I had worst experience last night i.e. 12 Dec . 2019.It was my party and I found cheated in bill by Rana Ji Manager. They added extra quantity for some items and also delivered some items that we havent ordered to the bill. It seems the purpose was only to increase the bill.They also selling below mentioned items on higher price than MRP (I have bill).1. Packed Water Bottle 1 Lt.: 42 Rs.2. Soda 300 ml: 42 Rs.3. Coke 2 Lt.: 240 Rs.So, I just like you guys to be aware regarding bill when ordered at The First Hotel, specially on roof top where they think, they can cheat the drunk people.I am very disappointed, it was a relation of 5 years.

We Booked 3 Rooms and the hotel staff was very Generous they upgraded one room without charging anything and i was satisfied with the the room service i got but they should try to maintain their hotel a Bit better but in terms of Budget stay the hotel is good

Great snacks 😋

The best part is they a roof top open sitting where you can enjoy much more under the starry skies. The cost per person gets around 1200-1500 which is quite reasonable as compared to the near hotels. Rooms are quite cosy, staff is extremely friendly and so is the man with big moustache at the door. Loved it.
