Structure of this hotel is good but it look like some PG type. Plus point is that it is almost near to Sukhna lake but it is located in a village far from Chandigarh railway station. Behavior of hotel staff is not good. No smoking board is placed inside the reception but instead of this staff members smoking. If you book from goibibo or mmt than you got room on the 5 floor.

Weve taken 4 rooms. This is the worst accomodation weve ever lived in. Rooms are not clean. Could literally see condoms and cigarette stubs at the corners of the rooms. Staff were smoking joints in the corridors. Hospitality and management was the worst. They didnt answer properly and shut the door on our face. And it seemed more like a brothel rather than a hotel. Bed covers are torn too. Dont go there.

Never been so much dissappointed with oyo rooms like this very recently at this hotel palm house, Kishengarh, Chandigarh...stay was our majboori cz we already had paid, otherwise i would hv prefer to just go away without even looking at manager...he was terribly rude when we told him dat we r not gonna stay cz rooms are uncleaned and bathroom cleaning was trash...paid before seeing room cz we trusted oyo like before when we used to pay online without even seeing room...terrible experience! Not our privacy was taken care of...not at all couple friendly...mostly couples come here fpr few hourS i guess, not to spend long night, if u know wat i mean!

Kailash Mishra ji with Vermillion(Tilak) here who is humble and polite. We can get thing done from him by poking. Dont get misguided by pics of OYO rooms .Their photo/window dressing is fooling the whole country.Hotel is good and ok! Have less expectation from hotel and be realisticGet your issues solved for example like water supply and geyser!

I have stay here more than 2 times.nothing is good in this hotel.Bed is smale.One of the hotel representative Rohit His behave is bad during my check out he ask me additional money for Billing .Hotel owner take corrective action for him.after 3 times stay i promise myself i will never be there just cuz of these guy.I went there via oyo booking when i went there they ask me to cancel oyo booking.And we will give you better hotel facility.

First the reception manager did not accept my booking stating my tariff was very low. After a very long conversation with GOIBIBO and hotel manager they agreed to my booking. when they said, they will not accept I was not sure what to do because this was for the 1st time I am in Chandigarh. Room is good, however no heater room since it is December and TV is also not working since they did not recharged their set top box. Overall, nice it is.

This was my first and last Oyo experience.. Such a misleading photos and description.. if you cannot maintain the hotels and property then please stop doing business. Just because it was late night and I was with my family that I had to bare with this hotel.. pathetic, awefull, worst, horrible are just some words describing the hotel and experience. I have taken photos from the hotel and screenshot of your listing..and will raise the issue in consumer forum. Seriously no amount if apologies can recover our wasted tour..

Dirty washrooms Dirty bed sheets pillows and quilt. The tv of any of the rooms of this hotel are not working, they never recharge . They dont even provide towel soap any of the things which they get from oyo as a toilet kit. The staff and the boyz working over there are so mannerless. The food they serve.us is horrible and so bad that we had to stay without food for whole night bcuz they dont allow the outside food. The dirties hotel and horrible hotel i have seen in my life . I request everyone not.to book there room

Not upto the mark on all divisions as described in time of booking. Main problem was, they are not happy at all since I have PAID to OYO in time of Booking. As per them, OYOs payment to hotel is very poor and delayed a lot. Even they said, if we come without paying to OYO, they might give better room and other services. OYO need to take care about that. After all we the customers suffering due to their problem.

Worst hotel ever I stayed at. Room is in dusty area, staff are not cooperative, room was not clean, kitchen is not hygienic..Bathroom did not have mug, commode was not flushed! No water in bathroom!!Corridor was so dirty, it was stinking badly. Common area is full of home fly..Please dont consider staying here...

I stayed at hotel palm house in kisangarh for.3 nights in July 2018..hotel was nice and service was good but the mattress was very hard so we couldnt sleep ..however they changed my room on request..hotel is near by sukhna lake and rock garden.. overall experience was good ..

Do not visit this Hotel. Its in a an inappropriate area as well as the rooms are not at all cleaned and the room smelled so bad and even the room wasnt cleaned bedsheets were dirty as well as some of the staff members were not talking politely. Overall this hotel is in a very bad condition.

Poor locality and ruthless hospitality with TV not working and no online pre payments facility.But poha given in breakfast was delicious but that doesnt make this place an option to stay in Chandigarh.

Few minutes away from Railway station. Feels like staying in a beach house or a bunglow. Pros: Near to station, Infosys and Dlf mall. Tourist Places are near too. Room quality, washroom is a must to check (they got a class in it), staff, services. Cons: I saw cockroaches on my bed when I checked in. Though they got rid of it.

Pathetic place to stay. Blood stains on Blankets. No locks. Avoid at all costs. No water. No electricity. Only one towel per room. Order is served only after 2 hours even tea. No dustbins. No cleaning of room until your stay is over.

It was very dissappointing....they charged 2000 bucks for a Barat ghar..I checked in at 11 pm at night along with my daughter and the place was full of men roaming without clothes as if its their personal house. They gave the room and that was just filled with horrible smell. leaking tap, unwashed linen. Its was unhygenic...its nothing but local barat ghar. I dont know wht OYO is keeping its brand at stake working with such hotels. I asked a person to change the linen and he literally was furious on that and handed to me another dirty clothe saying ...bas ab yehi hai...

Room was okay and fairly comfortable, although bathroom was not very clean and we had no hot water from the shower. Difficult location for taxis drivers and tuk tuk drivers to find so had to provide our own directions.

The staff was disinterested, the room was not cleaned after the last customer and there were no amenities- no drinking water, filthy rooms, soiled and torn bedsheets and pillows, unflushed toilet, smelly room and the worst ever stay in oyo. The experience was so bad that we left within 4 hours, at daybreak. Felt unsafe and unwelcome.

Hotel was costly with almost no facilities. Room was average, with oldish blanket. There was hot water facility, apart from that washrooms were bad. No toilet soap, no towels.

Nothing works which they provide which includes geyser and ac. Staying there is a very costly affair, half plate of chicken biryani cost us 350 rupees and the workers are very arrogant. The rating is given by the hotel staff itself,so even if you find that the rating is high try to avoid taking the hotel. As a whole our stay at Palm house wasnt pleasant.

I had booked the hotel for 2 nights and due to this i had checked out on the very next day and wasted my one night mone and booke another OYO. I want refund for my one day
