Bad experience I had a stay there for a day and I forget to take the invoice from hotel.After so many calls and follow up they always decline to gave me the invoice.And always say call on evening or tomorrow.Please visit there at your own risk.

One of the verst places i have ever stayed at.Wish there was an option to give zero stars.Would not recommend this hotel.Arrogant owner. Zero customer service. Rooms were nowhere near what you see in the pictures.Poor hygiene . I got flu after one night stay.

First of all i need 2 make clear of that a hotels quality can only be judged by virtue of its prize, i booked 2 nights here for 2457 rupees as i had specific work in Sector-22 of Chandigarh. Well there isnt that much hotels in this range in that area of Chandigarh.Good things-1. Quite clean & tidy room .2. Modern equipments in room as well as in washroom.3. Located besides the Dakshin marg in sector-22.Disadvantages (very important)-1. AC is of obsolete model & u cant control the temperature. As a result if u continue with ur AC, room gets very cold, if u not, u feel stuffy & hot as well. How can u continue ur hotel with a such old model?2. Washrooms basin is tiny & frankly i havnt seen so small basin in my life. How did u get that?3. The sheer arrogance of the management personnel of those hotels, as i was to check out quite early morning i wanted 2 clear my food bills in the previous night. But for unknown reasons he got disgusted & scolded me even for making a hurry. I was basically trying 2 help them as it would have been very difficult for them 2 calculate at 6 Am!!!4. They dont bother 2 give u any bills & they charge as-u-like for all food stuffs. But sadly there arent much options available where u can have ur lunch or dinner.5. Roomsize is quite small & they need 2 look over this one.So as a single traveler coming for work/business schedule in Chandigarh can stay here for 1-2 days , otherwise its a poor hotel.

I think this is value for money. I have met up with my expectations as per money spent by me. Hotel is situated in heart of the city just opposite to JW MARRIOTT. best hotel in this price point and owners are very much friendly. Best for official touring persons. Pancham ji n Nitin ji are two charming co owners cum managers.

Location is Easily Approachable. Food is good, Rooms are spacious, Washrooms are clean and hygienic.

First of all they have wrong location ID on maps and i had to walk almost 1km to get to the hotel.The room looks filthy and there were stain on bedsheets and quilt.The wallpaper on wall is scrapped and I dont know when was the last time they cleaned it.One of the pillow cover had a hole in it.I then had to ask the manager to change the bedsheer, quilt, pillow to which he ack that everything is alright. Later he changed it though.Forget to mention there was a human nail on the bed!!!Photos are click bait!!

Poor and unclean rooms.. uncooperative receptionist.. please avoid this hotel. The reception person will tell you that you have booked the hotel at lower amount so u don’t deserve to be served properly.

I booked this hotel as it was within my budget and near to my work place. But then I was little skeptical after reading certain reviews-All I can say is that I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was overall very clean. The service was very good and they even got me food off the menu as per my choice.in fact I commend the staff to cater to my demands as I can be pretty picky.All I can say is that I intend to book the same hotel whenever I am in Chandigarh.

It is more of a renovated lodge. The room were looking good as its newly renovated but the room got very cold due to cold air coming in through the old window a/c. Blanket looked old and dirty. The bathroom is very small and would be difficult to use for healthy people. It had 24 hour hot water which was plus. No restaurant but they make food to order including complimentary breakfast, if part of the booking. My room was just opposite the staff quarters cum kitchen so the noise was coming through. Overall ok rooms for overnight stay.

The manager have no sense of talking to the ladies customer. As we checked in at late night they took advantage of this by showing pathetic room which was far below the deluxe room we booked and when we asked them for changing the room they asked for extra Rs-200 for another room which was the normal room we booked. Find attached the pics of the room for which they charged extra money. As it was late night so we checked in that room. Goibiobo should take this hotel out of their list. They exploit their customers and they misbehave with ladies. Worst ever experience....

Over all it was a bad experience and broadly seems to be a bad management issue. Staffers should always be polite and helpful.Cons:1) Poor working of gyser. One either have to take a bath with ultra hot water which will burn your skin or super cold water. No marking for hot/cold water on taps. Even there is no logic like one tap will have hot and other will have cold. There were plumbing issues so either it was very hot or too cold. Even after reporting this issue to reception it wasnt resolved because it was a plumbing issue rather than handling issue.2) Non friendly and non professional staff and receptionist (who seems to be the owner as well).3) Dirty and dusty room. Some repair work might have finished before we checked in so dust was all over the room. Disappointing.4) Washroom and wardrob has cockroaches all over and we had to ask to put some repellent for the same.5) Blankets and quilts were stained and upon asking for changing the same we were provided with extra sheet which we had to take up beneath the quilts to avoid stained quilt touching our body. 6) Water provided in the hotel is totally not at all appropriate for drinking. Non R.O. water. Really really disappointing. 7) Food menu for complementary breakfast is not at all satisfactory. 8) Location was also not that good as compared to other same budget hotels.

Pathetic..!!! Dont know what they think about themselves, they just took us granted as we were emergency late check ins, first they made a chaos by asking same question you came here before? Im sure you came here before in short they were trying to point out me as pro******e, then they made an issue with my ID, its a national acceptable ID card but not the adhaar card, they exploited us like hell it was around 11:40 at night and they were shouting on us, then they showed us their so called deluxe room trust me that was a normal room when we ask to show us a better room they asked for 200 bucks for that room and named it super deluxe room, huhhThey call themselves 3 star hotel, but they dont have basic aetiquets how to handle ladies or guestWorst of the worst experience ever....!!!

We checked in the hotel around 12 midnight,hotel staff was sleeping.first they gave us a very dirty room,when we ask them to change our room then they shifted us to a deluxe room.when we asked them that our booking for this hotel is for super deluxe room they talked to us in a very rude manner.they misbehaved with us and refused to give a super deluxe room..so many cockroaches in the room and the blanket was not clean..washroom was in a very poor condition..not satisfied with this hotel..very poor experience. Very rude staff
