1. Receptionist was not professional we try to call them for enquiries before check in but they didnt pick our call.2. Room service was not as good as expected. They Didt provide sope towal water we have to aske them for the same after that the give us.4. Blanket not provided the give us two bedsheet instead of blanket.5. Condition of bedsheet was very poor it was washed but was very old.

The service is nice. I wouldnt suggest this If youre looking for affordable nice hotels. You dont exactly get what you think when you pay for it. Its good when youre coming alone.

The hotel experience is good. Clean rooms and good service. Staff friendly. If visiting in winter, then hot water shower in bathroom not available. Geyser and tap with bucket and mug available for bathing.

Firstly, hotel name is not properly mentioned.secondly, i told them to clean my room everyday but they didnt, totally unprofessional thirdly, its good for single person as he can compromise with the shortcomings since its budget hotel, but rooms are good felt new, the celings with neon lights...etcfourthly, they dont allow to bring food from outside and also no cutlery is available to ask, which is bad.. but they provide their own menu

The rooms are need and clean . The hotelier and staff are very cooperative. Food is made available at reasonable price. The hotel tariff is amazingly low in comparison with similar room of other hotels. To cater more travellers with best satisfaction to them, the hotel need to provide dust bin, table and cupboard which are lacking at the moment.

Location is like you are entering in a brothel area , too away from Chandigarh , then they will force you to take bottled water for 30 rupees each , thats not all , they will force you to take food from within the hotel , and if you get food from outside , get ready to have an intense argument , please never stay at this location , when I checked out from the hotel , they forced me too much to give 5 star rating , and called me 5 times to get 5 star rating pathetic service from Oyo

I asked for a dustbin. Called them twice but it never made its way to the room. Service is very slow. Lighting in room is also not well done. Still needs a lot of things make this Hotel business happen.
