To begin with, this was not what I thought OYO rooms were after having stayed in so..any before.The Hotel is at the most SHADY place in the city. One often gets scared about what all might be happening around.Since it was my first time in the city,I didnt know that Burail is not a recommendation to stay at at all.The restaurant staff is friendly. They shall provide you the basic amenities.Washrooms have a problem of very slow flow of water. You need to have buckets filled.The Commode had a broken jet and one had to use the Mug!Its not a place you can expect to go with your family. Do look for the other options if visiting!

Good budget hotel! The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and hot water worked nicely. Aircon also worked very well and bed was comfy. The staff were also friendly. Only drawback is the location which is quite far from the main sectors, but the price makes up for it.

Never book in this hotel. I think The manager is running a scam along with other hotels in vicinity and goibibo.I booked in here via goibibo but manager refused to check me in and said they dont collaborate with goibibo. The customer service of goibibo wasnt helpful in giving me a replacement hotel. I paid triple the amount of booking for my stay in nearby hotel. Goibibo customer care is still not picking my phone.Learn from my experience and DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL, I THINK THEY RUN A SCAM . Thankyou.

We were a group of 10 people and booked 4 rooms here for 1 night as we had an early morning flight to catch from Chandigarh.The hotel is situated in the city towards the airport. There is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage a couple of floors to your room. The hotel reception is on the first floor and there are rooms higher than that too.The staff was quite courteous with our late night check-in and also offered us alternate rooms as the rooms allotted to us had non functional bathrooms.The hotel provides basic AC rooms. The rooms are clean but not hygienic. There were bugs & insects present in the room. The bathrooms were ok. What more can you expect if you are paying Rs.900 per night!If you want a comfortable stay, then steer away from this hotel. If you want an AC room under 1000 per night, then this is a good option.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. I had an early check in which was very smooth. the hotel reception guy was very hospitable. the room was also neat and clean.

It was very bad experience about the cleaniness of Hotel.I and my wife left the room after few hours of stay.I checked-In hotel sharp 12:00 noon and entered into room.The room was totally mess with match sticks, pieces of used cigarettes and empty **** bottles.I asked them to clean immediately , manager said that sweeper is coming next 15 minutes then we will do. I have to go for my meeting, so I left with instructions please clean it properly.late Evening when I came and entered the room, not a single item was cleaned. Everything was there as I seen earlier.Manager was skipping cum ignoring the things with his sorry and down to earth type of nature.I was hungry so I ordered food ate it and left the room instead of stay whole night.He urged to clean it immediately but I refused and planned to left the hotel. Only staff behavior is not single factor to raise the rating of the hotel. They people have to work about the service.

I had book 2 rooms. One for myself and one for my friends family. I was given only one roomwe all adjusted in a single room only. The room was dirty. Bedsheets, blankets, sofa everything was dirty. I paid 3000 rs for a filthiest room, not quiet digestible.

Nice place for a days stay. Just been there for a night. It was good experience. Entrance is too small and seemed like a bad place but once I entered in the rooms are spacious and well maintained for such a location. We were 5guys in 2 rooms. They provided us a single room for a couple and a 2 connected rooms for the 3 others. Very comfortable. Had a good nights sleep. Though stayed only for a night it was very pleasant.

If they are giving a room near reception, the number is some 110 or something i forgot,Say them, i dont want this room!Whatever they talk in the reception or corridor you can hear clearly, just run away from there,My sleep was disturbed at 4 AM in the moning!I couldnt sleep after that, because the people started working with noisy sound.( House keepers).I went to my friends room, stayed there,Because i came for the exam.They changed the room after my request, still i only know what i underwent for the early morning nearly 6 hours of disturbed sleep!!Very noicy area, but perfect for the price! Have to get adjusted to the sound!Location is very horrible, Difficult to find, if you go by the cab.No best hotels for food nearby!This is for Solo travllers, expecting a budget hotel, that too, 3 starts for this hotel.If you are looking for the price, choose this hotel, sacrifice some level of comfortness!If you are looking for comfortness and locality,Dont break your head by choosing this hotel!!

FIRST the room service phone was dead...when i complaint about it they coldly replied that it will be repaired by tomorrow...i said tomorrow i will check out...on this they did not reply...when i asked how i would order anything in my room...they very unaffectedly reply that i should come to reception everytime...so whenever i had to order anything i had to go to reception to order... second the room was very noisy...they gave me a room from which there was a lot out of room noises coming...the room was near the stair as well..therefor a lot of noise was coming of people going up and down on stair...the linen of the room was very dirty...the toilet floor was also broken...and some of the taps, though working...but was broken at places...the tv was not mounted at the right place...i felt i had been made a scapegoat...and they gave me the worst room which they had in the entire hotel...moreover there was no ventilation...no window...it was a closed room which gave me suffocating felling...the night light lamp was not provided so i was left with only two options either to entirely switch of the light...or sleep in the bright light of the tubelight...my entire experience was pathetic..i am really disappointed with the hotel and service..

Really bad facilities. Original room had an AC in really bad condition. We changed rooms, and the only available room was beside reception area. There was continuous disturbance during night. Stay away from this Oyo room facility.

Im really disappointed .. 1. I booked a family suite but they refused to give it and provide a semi deluxe room adjusted with extra bed. Why i paid more for a small room? 2. The room ceiling fan has only 1 we spent all night sweating. 3. Ac was not working at all. when i asked they told ac is out of order you open window. what a excuse. 4. switch board was broken we may get electric shock. 5. Tv was not working all night and day. we hardly watch it for 5 minutes. it was hanging again and again. 6. Blanket was not neat and clean. It was horrible experience to spent a night.
