This hotel is a total fraud. I had to change 3 rooms just for reasons such as the door didnt lock properly and even after I got my 3rd room changed the door didnt work there too. I paid for breakfast and it turns out that these people dont have a kitchen down. Extremely ignorant man on the front desk. I dont think I should call it a front desk. 0 value for 1113 rupees. They charged me extra online for a complimentary breakfast. What does that even mean? Bathrooms in a horrible condition. The tv in the room didnt work, the AC didnt work. Window glass was broken. Nothing here really works to be honest. I dont expect a lot at Rs1113/- but then theres bare minimum this hotel could do like keep the doors proper and keep the bathrooms clean, they havent done any of such thing. I really expect a refund after this experience. Do not book your stay at this hotel, it is a god damn fraud.

Good for night stay with friends. Just for a night crash. Price is negotiable and staff does negotiate. Better if u arrange ur food . Good and cheap place for 1 night stay specially for exams or interviews.

Lightning Is Not Up To Mark, Only A Sharp Yellow Tube Which Tingles The Eyes At Night. Food Is Tasty But Not Available With Different Meals. Rest Is Very Fine. Staaf Is Well Mannered But They Are Little Lousy In Completing The Task.

Decent place for a day stay. Dont expect too much from this place. A place to crash for a night and thats it.

Its a really good hotel to stay but one thing is that no wifi facilities are available, room are like some good some average, although you can go for this coz of hygiene factor

They basically try to take your phone at the time youre checking out and they give themselves 5star. this explains why the rating is good. owner must learn how to respect your paying customer.

The reception and room staff exhibited abhorrent behavior. They were immensely rude, failing to show slightest amount of respect and decency. The rooms were nothing short of perdition, with broken switchboards,and horrible dampness. Fat, sturdy rats were running amok in the reception area amongst the broken steps leading up to the rooms. To put it succinctly, Just steer clear of this place. Its appalling to realise that oyo would even put up these kind of properties in their catalogue for the offering.

It was good stay. But there was no cleanliness. Flush was not working. They want cash payment only.

It is a decent hotel with the basic amenities. Average, if youre in a budget. The location is neither too good nor too bad. It has clean rooms and washrooms, the washrooms are very small though.

Easy approachable, near Sports Complex. Local market nearby. Earn room, good air-conditioning etc.

Its very bad behaviour by the staff in check in time very bad condition in reception the staff is uneducated staff and they dont have any sense to talk its very bad for oyo also because I m booked the hotel by the name of top not grand plaza very despointed to me.....

Bedding is very dirty. Washroom is also not so clean.

In room AC was not working. Room was not cleaned. Water should be complementary for room ,they took charge for the water. Towel was dirty. They need to improve those small thing.

Room was not good. Cockroach was there in the room.

I am very disappointed with OYO because pictures of the room visible were very different from the real room provided, so OYO made my stay experience very bad
