Truly Terrible experience here. Checked out on the same day. The rooms were shabby, un-hygienic conditions. Totally over priced for the given condition of the rooms, would rate it Zero. Not recommended at all. There are better Hotels to stay and at a better tariff. The OYO app rates it around 4 but seriously dont fall for it, its worse than 2 star hotel.

Location is nice and check in was smooth. But then started the problems.An electrician was there in the room when I entered and he was repairing some wires.The I found the blanket very dirty and smelly. And no towel was provided also. I asked to provide towel and change the blanket. I asked thrice for the same then somebody came and provided another blanket after 15 minutes. I asked to provide towel also. Waited for around 20 minutes but nobody came. The i asked for room heater and they asked me to pay 400 rs extra. How can they carge for heater. AC means Air Conditioner. AC is used for both purposes. To cool the room in summer and warm it in the winter. The AC provided in my room was only cooling AC and that too was disconnected. Receptionist said that the ACs in our hotel are cooling only and you have to pay rs 400 for heater. This was most disappointing thing for me. Tv wasnt working properly as well. Totally disappointed after taking service

I stayed here on 25-26 August, arrived here at 9.30 & asked for check in, even though rooms were vacant, they didnt allowed us to check in. Instead they asked 500 for early check-in. The TV in Room 360 was pathetic. Couldnt watch anything on that. Even the AC water was leaking in the room. The person providing room service was unaware about the rates of the food. For 2 person they provided 1 towel, after asking for another they provided it But common sense suggest that for 2 person how can 1 towel work, it must be 2 towels.Ever the property is old & needs maintainance.Will not recommend this to anyone

This hotel have only one positive point is location..It is in sector 17 middle of to marker.But not at all maintained. Dirty room, bed and everything is very dirty. Service is very slow.Not at all good choice to book this if you have other good options.Breakfast also included i would say its average.

Staff were friendly and polite and the room was just as I expected. Hot water was hot and air con was cold. Great location and lots of parking. I will definately book here again when I come back to CH.

As i am a biker and love travelling on my Royal enfield parking space with security guard all night is added advantage. This place was extremely disappointing. The rooms were messy, not maintained well, and the service here was rather poor. One can definitely get better options around for the same price. Give this a miss.

Too slow room service, breakfast provided when i went to reception for checking out. After checking out they were convincing me to have breakfast. I did wait for one and half an hour for breakfast and called three times but I, after waiting i decided to checkout without having breakfast. Ultimately i dont recommend people to go there.

The room was not at all that I saw in the app. There was people in the room when we left for some work. I received 5 calls in 3-4 hours just to confirm I am coming to the hotel. When I came back, there was a juice bottle that was half. The bedsheet had food marks on it. The bedsheet was torn. There was a lot a lot of disturbance at night and in the morning.The security guard was watching a movie all night on full volume.

I booked this hotel for my mom and aunt. They visited Bangalore for the Sadguru meditation meet. SINCE all the hotels nearby were sold. OUT of the few choices I had this was the one. I was worried but the staff was friendly and as they could easily commute to the rest of places. The location too was fine

Worst Hotel ive ever been to. The services are very poor. Hotel is dirty. Looks good in pictures but in actual it is completely different. There were insects in the room n mattress were dirty n stinking. I suggest not to book this hotel ever.

Best location. You can shop anytime you want, whole the market is just downstairs. Rooms are ok ok, charging points are very less in rooms. Staff is good. Lift service available,but only from one side, so before entering, make sure you are entering from lift wala side.

Service Was Good And Receptionist Guy Was Quite Gentleman

Not as good as other Oyo hotels, as per structure of the hotel they are struggling with there old building structure and they dont must margin to update it.On coming to price they are charging much higher than other Oyo hotels. Just because are in sector 17, which is much expensive area then rest of Chandigarh.Facility wise they installed a lift inside which I think of Gandhiyan Era. Working too slow and not much cleaned. Floor was damaged.Come to the facility in rooms,Damp on the walls, on opening a room after an hour stinking smell of damp came.Not good experience.

I was given late check in rooms were not ready.Service is slow. Breakfast menu had only bread butter and tea. Oyo bathroom kit was provided on asking for it.

I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Pathetic place, PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. The list of horrible experience is very long, though let me describe: No ventilation, ACs do not work, room windows jammed, they stop lift in nights, lift can carry at max 3 people and if you are carrying luggage, then only one person can stand in there, with no fan inside the lift, very dirty place to be, staff is even horrible, they keep the AC remote so that guests cannot control the temperature, food was so horrible that even dog would refuse to eat.

I will suggest 3 stars for this hotel because rooms were not that much good and hospitality was also not good. But hotel is in good locality

Great comfy rooms in a nice location near the 17 sector market. I loved this hotel.

Poor service and rooms were not clean. The guy at the reception took my phone to check the booking (I had booked via Goibibo) and he himself rated the hotel 5 stars from my phone even before I entrered my room. Disappointed.

Horrible experience...No electricity...AC not working...Mosquitos are of Buffalos size..Taxes are charged after billing.All payment was taken in advance.Give fraud extra bills of water bottles...Overall very bad exp, and I suggest to take other hotel...

Firstly we were tricked into buying a room which was pricey and had no additional features from the delux version of the room. .Secondly the room service was pathetic. .Ordered breakfast an hour ago. But wasnt ready on time as it was complimentary so the hotel staff did not pay heed to it i suppose.The room lighting was dim and washrooms had leaking taps AnD broken buckets.Total waste of money and not at all a comfortable stay.Please save urself the pain and dont book rooms in this hotel

Location is too good , and every other thing is too bad , the lift , room furniture linen cleanliness everything is disgusting, dont try it and its too costly for 1500 cost should be around 200 as there were cockroaches on our bed 😶😶

Hotel City Plaza 17 is a budget hotel the big plus is the location in Sec 17 C. Located in close proximity to all the major markets, shopping areas and commercial centers .You Would Loved to see their Dirty Rooms and Bed sheets and it will be an unforgettable moment. The food is quite overpriced and unnecessary as there are many eateries in Sector 17.
