It has the perfect concoction of hotel rooms, not being too pricey and a great location. The rooms were exactly what youd expect from a 3 star hotel. Its located bang on the main road and is just a few minutes walk away from the market at sector 44D. The receptionist was very courteous and professional too.

Had a comfortable stay. Room was of reason le size with good support of wify. Cable TV net working and castle in the room was not working properly. Hotel management has to be more customer focused. Breakfast were normal. Rooms and hotel neat and tidy. Bed linens and towel well maintained.

Earlier, this hotel was good nearly 6 years back stayed frequently. But now it becomes unmaintained, old ambitious, staff polite but rooms not cleaned, toilets becomes old and not proper. Hotel needs major repairs/ renovations. Food still good.Not good this time

Best option to arrange any function between gathering of150 to 200 persons. The hall is big and infact they have the best hall among all the Hotels in their line. Prices are little higher than others but ambience, food quality is assured.

It is very cheap and third grade hotel. I have booked MMT package and they have sold me this as 3star hotel although this is not even a local hotel.It definitely not a family hotel. Everywhere there is was smoking and drinking smell. Each floor has service person like for third grade hotel.Hotel people was so rude that they have told us to check overnight while I was with family. It was very awkward and unsafe ever I had outside.All rooms are in very bad conditions. Complete walls are having damage and water leakages. Furniture was so old and looks like used for cheap services.

This is a 3 star hotel and when you check in your room it feels like a 4 star hotel. Location is also the best and reachable from everywhere. Staff is well behaved and so polite overall worth money and really liked the place.

Seriously, It was worst stay ever. Apart from food nothing was good at this hotel.Let me start, i entered at the hotel, i wenr to reception, no one bother to greet. i was given room no 104, such a dirty room and washroom was stinky. you can see dust everywhere,worst room i ever seen in terms of cleaning and space. After requesting couple of time they agreed to give us different room which was dusty too but with good space. TV was not working. Water was coming out from washroom. Taps were leaking.Will never stay there again.

Good property more oriented towards party and functions. Rooms are good average spacious although fittings and furnitures are little old. But room service is good and food is good.

Hotel was reasonable. Staff was courteous and no doubt helpful. Location was fine, at a reasonable distance from major hubs & markets. Yes, property has lived its age.It was a good experience, although door latch was missing @ 210.

The experience was neutral. Not too good not too bad.For breakfast, the native dishes were fab but others were not that good.Service was good. I had a problem with hot water which they resolved very well. Didnt use room service so wont comment on it.Apart from these KLG can improve on following-1. Do some changes to hot water supply in washroom. Had to keep the water running for several minutes to get the hot water. This is a complete wastage of a precious resource.2. The room key-card has no practical purpose. The room power supply was always on, even when the card was not inserted. I came to know this because I left the lights on knowing that itll turn off and they didnt.3. The doors are very tight. Almost makes it difficult to open and close. The door chain lock wasnt working.

Best hotel In try City for gathering of around 100 people. They made my daughter first bday memorable one. There are two Banquet Hall and both are spacious. Food quality is very good and the service was amazing.

Worst bedroom i ever seen . pillows and quilts were quite dirty . they dont allow guest for sometime. Very rude response if you oder food late night- unclogged toilet - quilt smell so bad - rooms are totally different, if you seen pictures in app it look so good- they didn’t accept my foreign Id - Asking 700 extra if guest want to stay for atleast 1 hour , it feel so bad when desk response so rudely in front of guest . - i recommend other travelers. spcl foreigner tourists don’t go for this place ever.

1st time I came here for my sister in law 1st anniversary party service is osam than 2nd time I celebrating my daughter first birthday n arrangement is handover to hotel staff what a great services n arrangement by them that was 100%more then my feeling. It has situated in kurukshetra. Near TVS bike show room. Staff is so good as wel as owner. It gives u good experience to stay. Here you can arange a birthday party and get to get party. Moreover any other les gathering.

I have been to this place twice, once for a ceremony in their function hall and another time for a family dinner and the ceremony was better than the dinner I would say. The management is really helpful here and are always ready to accommodate your requests. Also, the rooms are clean.Food was my only prime concern.

Went there to celebrate my cousins birthday. We opted for buffet. Even though Zomato reviews werent that great, the food was actually good. The staff was courteous. However, the service was slow. But then it was a busy Saturday night. They could definitely use more staff. I didnt like the Paneer Tikka. Everything else was incredible!

Decent room size, comfortable and clean bed, blanket, pillows (multiple pillows were awesome), decent amenities, toilet and bathroom were great. Mr. Rohit Sharma at reception too exceptionally good care of us. Highly recommend this hotel.

I would like to tell my entire story about staying at this hotel. The pictures look extremely fascinating on Google, however the stay was totally pathetic. I booked an executive room and when I walked in the room, the ambience was so dull. I paid hefty charges, thereafter I requested manager to change/upgrade the room. Even after the shifting into another room, I could see leakage of bathroom water into the main room.The breakfast was good. Another thing is when you call for water service in late night or early morning, no one picks up call, even at the main reception too.So long story short, dont spend your hard earning money at such hotel, look for other options.

So smelly rooms, worst washrooms with pungent smell and even bed is not comfortable... when we call room service no one is there to help and after so many calls to reception then a old men came and said that it will remain like this only and if you have any issue resolve yourself... that shows there attitude towards customer and I didnt ordered anything from here...Room entrance, smelly rooms, smelly washrooms, ambience of room, room facilities, means all over... nd what to write or what to left... Over all experience was fine, quality of food is above the average. All staff was cooperative. It is value for money.

I visited this place to have Buffet Lunch. I had a very bad experience. Food quality is so bad that neither the food was cooked properly nor it was fresh food.I raised this concern to the management and they responded in the worst manner. Manager said others are having the same food they are not complainting why are you complainting about it and laughed. They do not have any sense of Customer handling skills. They lack in proffesionallism and soft skills.

So beautiful hotel, staff was discussing politly and hospitality was too good. I would suggest to everyone to atleast visit this place, you will feel better. Contemporary facilities to enjoy lifestyles.

Location good. But executive room sizes are too small. All 03 executive rooms we booked had difference in amenities. One had refrigerator and others did not. Washrooms were again of different sizes. We can rate it as ok stay but would not recommend for revisit.

The hotel is very good and situated at the prime location. The staff is co-operative. I specially thank Mr. Rohit, the young guy who seems to be the owner of the Hotel, who allowed me happily to check out a little later. I would like to stay there again.

I booked the hotel online. The actual rooms were not matching the standards of pics shown... Service is late... I asked for plates spoon and fork... They arrived like after 20 min, they didnt provide the fork and when i sked again they never arrived... So service is pathetic..... The satellite tv was just bad.... No good channel working... No hd channels.... When i checked in i changed 3 rooms to get the room little good than others, one room was having seapage, one room floor was bad..... Suggestion : find another hotel

Good place to stay while in chandigarh. Good rooms , spacious, well maintained. Tasty meal and reasonable tariff. Sector 43 is a good location . A good combination of luxury and economy.

We only booked this place considering it was a chain and had good reviews. However it was disappointing looking at the price we paid for. The rooms are old and not maintained . The walls had water seepage issues and not redone . The bathroom was extremely small. There are better options available in the city in the price they offer.

This place is horrid. We took non veg buffet, in which all items were re fried and in main course the chicken served to us was burned, when we raised our concern we were justified that it is grilled. Will never visit this place again

The hotel was not even worth 500 rs . I got fly in a food and walls are all cracked . Staff is good nodoubt. But hotels condition is pathetic.

Almost everything was positive about the hotel. The staff was decent and dedicated; the buffet breakfast was satisfactorily delicious; and nice interiors. The glitch we faced was that the AC was not effective. The staff gave us another room due the issue.

The food is not up to the mark and the service was also very slow. We felt like they did not want to actually cater to us.

Klg is a nice hotel near to 43 bus stand it is convinient to reach and in the centre of the city. sector-35 is the nearest facilitator.

Attended the Shagun and Sangeet ceremony of my sister in law here.. we had the basement hall which was well designed to accommodate a lot of ppl without feeling crowded.. dance floor area was limited though..

Very pathetic hotel to stay. We booked online for 5 days and while checking in we dont like the booked room after that they have shown us every category of room even offered us suite but we checked out immediately after 10 min. Each room even suite is full of cigarettes smell , you cant even breathe. Lift is cracking, and their staff was carrying an extra mattress and we were feeling like hell while seeing that dirty mattresses.Their level of cleanliness is zero. Even lesser than zero . This hotel badly needs maintaince and need to change Thier mattresses .Filthy hotel

First thing room price start from 3560₹. The room was so small. There is no fridge, sleepers, toothbrush and paste. Only one towel in the bathroom and there was no tab for water. And the complimentry breakfast have to take before 10 am, refuse to serve in the room, and there is self service in the breakfast area. The food was totaly cold. I just waste my money. and stay was terrible.
