ONLY GOOD THING there is hardly any waiting queue.BUT inexperienced staff with ZERO technical know how. Unable to solve any issue, been many times in last 3 years since I opened account here. No offence but HOPELESS service at this branch of ICICI.Moreover, they ask you to call ICICI customer care for any issue, even you are physically standing at this ICICI bank.

Its a branch in The British School , Sector 44 Chandigarh.You get your work done on priority as there are less customers visiting the bank.

I wish I could rate them with a minus Five, the worst possible staff, If you think banks like PNB or SBI try these guys... Ive had multiple instances of this branchs staff misbehaving with my staff, not responding to queries, they take more than a day to tell you your balance, well Ive been trying to get the internet banking started and all I hear from them is, Sir let me get back to you...

I visited many times to this branch. Nobody can help here and staff behavior is very rudely. Mainly Cashier. I am going to raise a complaint on head branch. Thanks
