They are open till 4 PM officially but they refuse to do any work after 2 PM. Extremely poor experience of the customer service.

Its open from 10-2 only. Timings not updated online. Refuse to perform any service after that.

I called so many times to confirm the timings but they will not pick your call....only 2nd and 4th Saturday is off....but the online site shows that all Saturdays are off....nd currently the timings is 10 am-2pm, i i travelled 30 min to find it closed at 3 pm(jst bcoz online the timing shows 10am-4pm).... Highly disappointed...If u cannot update your timings online, then atleast pick the call...we also have to take leave from our jobs to get the work done in banks, 1 hour travel is not easy, only to get disappointed.

This place is really wierd. Just to collect my card, i had to wait for more than two hours. There were not much people/customers in the place.. Still the staff was working very very slow. Really disappointed

Boycott city Bank

Please provide me managers number as i am not able to visit branch due to covid 19

I went to Citi bank a couple of weeks ago. The managers and the staff is extremely friendly. Waiting time is almost zero, the staff understands the queries and resolves it within minutes.

Poor services. They don’t follow any law. They over write the wrong information on already filled correct form by customer and then harasses customer to visit branch n fill the correct form
