In month of December 2019 I missed my debit card in ATM machine of icici bank and after 5 days I came to know that I lost my card and I visited sector 38 to enquire my debit card. They told me to apply for a new debit card and I agreed. They took my mobile and applied. That card war delivered to me at manimajra branch while taking delivery I told them I want a card of 120 not 700. The employees told me they cant help me after 3 visits and they also called on customer care and the customer care told me that my details do not exist in their system. I tried several time to call them so they can change my card and refund my money. But the response was that my detail do not exist with an icici bank
Wrong location
Staff is good. They take care of customers even if you are late. This is not a loan services branch. But they will guide you
