Save yourself some headache.Support is non existent. Infinite delays for the most simple of requests. They took 3 years just to get my OTP working again.Relationship managers assigned to you only call you to sell investment plans, and dont bother to answer when you need help.These are just a couple of points from a long list of issues I have with them. Any local bank does a far better job than hsbc. RBI needs to sort them out yesterday.

I went for account opening and agent told me to wait 5 minutes and then ran away with her boyfriend and never come back.... Lol.... What is wrong with this bank....

Totally dissatisfied with this bank. Customer care is not helping at all.We thought it will be the same bank as in other countries. but Indian HSBC is totally different. I will close my account in this bank soon

Extremely unsatisfied with the customer care, her name was Neruni and she was extremely insulting. Hurling remarks like let me finish first. All i was asking was how do i have a late payment tagged to my name. She told me its your responsibility not mine. Getting my credit card closed

As long as you keep giving them money they are good. Other wise they are totally disinterested. Very short staffed. Its for oldies to go have coffee

This is the worst kind of bank. It cant keep even its phone in order. When I contacted customer care the lady sitting there said if the phone is not working you will have to go to the branch, she cant do anything.Is bank ka to Bhagwan hee malik hai.I have given one star under compulsion otherwise the post button doesnt come alive. My one star is in fact a zero.
