Very poor services after sales.Neither landline number work which was on bill and neither they pick calls on mobile.Pathetic and pity service.

Worst service ever. All of them are liars. Not picking up phones. I had to visit their store thrice. They dont know how to talk with the costumer. They behaved very politely when I visited their store for buying an ac. But when I visited store for registering complaint regarding the same, they misbehaved and were very rude. Denied to took any responsibility for the product they sold.Worst electronics shop in tricity. Never buy from them.

I had took a washing machine LG top load 6.5 kg. The product was very good. The service was very fast . Over all experience was good.The nature of ower was very polite and friendly and door to door facility.

Very poor service of Janta Electronics. I have purchased Whirlpool ACE XL washing machine in the month of August 2019. At that time they told us if there is any problem we are here to serve you. But the truth is they are there only for receive the calls but not to solve your problems. In the machine there are no big wheels which means we can’t bring machine here and there. And they came to home and took a click of place of wheels. But still they didn’t solve our problem. I wish they have to pay for it. I don’t prefer to anyone to buy anything from this Janta Electronics

I have taken two ACs for janta Electronics and so far no worker has come to install it. I have been running five time since morning the dealer and he is never picking up the phone. I have not seen such a useless service till date and too much Harassing😡😡

Worst elctronics shop in Chandigarh. Me and my brother went there to purchase a new LG led and no one even bother to attend us, even we asked them that sir we want to purchase a led, and they reply..ok wait. After waiting for 15 minutes we came outside. Its not like the staff is very busy or something, they just dont respect the customer, might be this shop is already very successful so they dont want any new customer. Hardly not recommended, worst shop ever.
