Great place to live. Surroundings are schools, sports complex, markets, weekly vegetable market, famous 48 sec car market, govt. Dispensary. Everything on walking distance. And roads outside are quite wide and beautiful atmosphere outside.Inside society: Roads are narrow, driving and parking inside can be an issue.

This is the biggest society in Chandigarh having maximum number of flats, easily approachable in Sector-50 opposite of Victoria Enclave.

Very congested place. Very difficult to take your vehicle there. I didnt see anyone following Covid protocol. Children were playing in garden and people were also there making the place crowdy. There was no social distancing at all.

Society is very well maintained, good location, now problem stands for parking, people park vehicles on road.

Parking is a big problem in this housing society. One of the biggest housing society but minimum open spaces/parks and greenery. Roads and walking spaces are full of vehicles occupied by the residents. Allotted parking spaces are used as business/stores and all that.

Its a fine society and better than other societies in Chandigarh.I personally find it compact, and poor architectural wise in terms of space, as it has very less space for parking vehicle which can be conflicting, other than its simple and sober. Nothing very fancy.Moreover, internet providers are still airtel (Copper) and connect (Fibre) only which is huge setback for internet users. They must upgrade the wiring and welcome more service providers into the premises.

One of the best housing society in Chandigarh area. The area has been housed with 2-3 parks and 1 Hindu temple. The pathway can be little congested at times due to car parked on the internal roads. The area is nearer to Mohali and 5-7 Minutes away from PCA stadium.

People have encroached upon three feet white land on either side of street road with WIDTH of18 feet by making it PUCCA pavement for self - no- use . Further ,they are parking their vehicles on Street road and condemn Society for narrow streets and shortage of parking spaces .Charity must begin from Home !

Beware of the parking woes, the conjested lanes to drive, avoid if you are new to driving, the water woes are just too much a mess, all in all there are now better places to live in and around the city as this society grows older and conjested one, for the price one spend on a flat here you can purchase a plot and construct a place of your own taste with enough space to keep your family together at one place.

Very conjusted area, over crowded and parking is a very big problem in here. But one positive is that in the evening, there is very good street food available here arpund 5 or 6 P.M

A beautifully built society lying in the middle of sectir 50 Chandigarh, progressive housing enclave is the biggest society of the sector. Equipped with all basic amenities, it offers flats of three types with different setups...it has four different parks..all wonderfully maintained. Also some parks have swings...the houses are spacious from inside.recieve good amount of sunshine...the security is pretty tight and responsible... Also there is a small shop that sells all the basic stuff like bread, milk, eggs, wafers, chocolate, chips,Maggi ,etc. There are additional stalls for bread pakora, jalebi, sandwiches ,hotdogs, pasta, salads.

Located at the junction of Sec 50 and 49, this society has got much attraction. Easily approachable from Mohali.
