I was here almost a year back and could not visit as it was closed in night. So decided to hit this place early morning 7 am. The view is heavenly amazing hill view and the jogging and walking tracks are great with water on one side and greens on the other side. A perfect place to go for a walk while you in the city and while if you are with kids a evening here is must. Boat riders , normal rider and food with such a nice view.Very well maintained and beautiful it is. Wear track shoes if you planning a run. Else just come a soak the sun.

Every morning, I goes there and it seems beautiful than the previous morning...well planned, clean, with full arm-less police patrolling. One of the nicest place to visit in Chandigarh. Classical music is played every morning by speakers placed after each 3 meters in low sounds which refreshes the mind and soul. Lake Forest Reserves contains many species of birds and animals. Every year migratory birds came to this lake for rest and then flew off to other place....

Eatables are also available.Do not forget to bring your water bottles, as there are no arrange for drinking water.
