They are giving appointments to less number of people and your biometrics at VFS will be done in 5-10 minutes. During these days you dont need to pay 3000/- for premium service as their is no crowd at all and priority service isnt required.The place follows covid-19 guidelines with proper sanitization and temperature checks.

Charging Rs.3050 for biometrics forcibly. They make excuses like it is for courier fee, for faster application timings, home pickup of documents. Every person I asked there was told some other reasonBut the bill showed I was being charged for premium lounge ( which just has sofas instead of chairs to wait). No water, snacks or anything premium. Highly disappointed with them fleecing customers.The staff is really friendly and helpful so I think its the upper management trying to recoup lost income of covid 19.

First of all, the office is not in Elante Mall it is situated in Elante offices building which is back side of elante mall. So dont go to mall and go to back side of the mall. Secondly companion is not allowed inside so they can visit the mall as it will take time and their is no sitting or waiting space available. Next make sure to arrive 30 minutes prior to the time given to you as their is so much rush.Step by step process.>Firstly, you will visit their for biometric and photograph.The guard on gate will ask for the appointment letter and then he will give you a number or write it on your hand.>Next, you need to go to the office and make sure you didnt carry any electronic device like powerbank or ipods as you need to submit it at gate and they will charge you for keeping that item at entrance.>Next, you will be issued a token which you need to carry inside with the document and wait for your turn.>Next, keep watching the screen as once it shows your number go to the specific counter and get everything done.>Next, you need to wait for your turn infront of biometric and photograph cabins.> Next, once you are done you can go out.All this process take very less time but waiting time is more due to rush.So if your visa got approved you need to visit this centre again to submit your passport.So for that the same process will be repeated just you dont need to wait much as their is no need of appointment you can visit directly.Just submit your passport on the counter and pay the fees for courier and you can go back and wait for approximately 5-7 working days and youll receive your passport.

Exactly not following the appoitnment time. more than one hour waiting time after entering the premises. no sitting arrangement is there for the persons outside the appointment like for accompany person. there is obe kind if formality also exist for getting confirm your name at the gate no 3 of elante mall, without that they will not allow you to go on their floor

Very poor service. Are not accepting passports just telling us to apply online . Which is very tiring processs. Moreover their is no parking and goons are looting people outside office. Just charge u 3000 5000 rupess just to give printouts.

I went here for my biometrics in March 2021. My overall experience was very good Staff was very cooperative and whole process took very less time (about 25 minutes) . Note for future attendants- Bring photocopies of documents and original valid passport and also reach 20 minutes prior to your appointment time

I had very bad experience with them. After buying their premium service i received my stamped passport after 11 days and the awb number they shared didnt work nor their tracking id showed correct information.

Disciplined, organized and fast service

The best route for the VFS office is through gate number 2 of Elante Mall also known as Elante Office. To reach the office there are VFS GLOBAL SIGN BOARDS which are very helpful for a person whos visiting the office for the very first time. Also, talking about the process timings it all depends upon the number of visitors waiting, if there are less applicants then its a Matter of only 10 minutes. As per my experience I would recommend you to select early Morning timing.

Its place behind elante mall thats known as office building where you can find office of VFS global as well. You can go straight after entering in to the mall and after walking distance of 2 minutes, you will see this office building.

Always carry your documents and photocopies with you.Arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your appointment schedule and park your vehicle exactly behind the building.

Staff is cooperating. However as usual its a private entity, so they promote their products. Be wise 🤠

This office is not in the mall, it is in the elante offices. Enter through gate no.2 and there is a security guard who registered your presence and stamped on your hand. it take just 30 seconds to complete the biometrics but due to lot of rush time exceeds. my biometrics experience was good. you can ask any of the staff they are very helpful. my biometrics take about take about 1 hr.. experience was good👌👌

The location is at the 3rd floor in offices building of Elante mall and the office has easy accessibility. Staff is polite,courteous and trained. Token system results in efficient and timely service.However do not forget to bring your biometrics request letter given by the IRCC canada office along with the appointment letter. Also carry extra photocopies of passport and other documents as they charge exorbitantly, Rs20 per photocopy inside the office.

My detailed experience and review of biometric appointment for Canada study permit.FINDING THE OFFICE:-For me as a first-time visitor, finding the office was overwhelming. I first went into the third floor of the main building ( where there are dragons) of Elante Mall and the vfs office is in another building called Elante office (as told by a security guard).Tip :- ask any security guard for the directions as soon as you enter the gate of any building, dont waste your time and energy in a wrong building. Believe me, Security guards are extremely helpful there.TIME TAKEN FOR THE WHOLE PROCESS:-for me, it took almost 2.5 hours ( I had to give only biometrics)Tip:- enter there not before more than 10 minutes of your scheduled time because you will be allowed to enter at the time of appointment. Till then, you can enjoy with dragons in the other building or you will have to wait in ques.Another tip, accompanying people are not allowed to enter, so send them to see some dragons.😄🐉🐲

My experience at vfs chandigarh was excellent. the staff was very polite and handling their customers very well. It took me around 20 minutes for file submission and biometric...BTW dont forget to bring appointment letter and 2 passport copies.

They are taking bribe . Not good for Canada application.
