I am suffering from hair loss since 2013 when I was in college. I noticed my receding hairline and decided to take treatment from so-called doctors, unsurprisingly nothing worked. Id heard a lot about Hair transplant through advertisements, decided to give it a shot however without doing much research went ahead with Richfeel(one of the Worst decisions). Surgeon went ahead and did his unprofessional work which didnt lasted too long. Moreover he made it even worst. My blad head never looked natural after that. Now Ive learned my lesson, Bald is beautiful 😍 Wish Id figured this sometime back.

I had visited there for my hairfall treatment. First they ask you to sign a 3 page lengthy T&C document, which will surely take 30-45 minutes of yours to read it to the end. I couldn’t find at display the registration number accorded to them by the State Medical Council or Medical Council of IndiaA lady doctor greeted me at the next step, who is a BAMS & learnt trichology from an old man from Australia who once visited India.Then she asked my concern, which is hairfall, and very thoroughly presented all available treatments for the same.I didn’t subscribe to any of their treatment because I didn’t feel very confident about the results.

If you want to waste your money then you can go to this clinic. I have transplanted my hair from this clinic (chandigarh). But not got any good results. They set my hair very bad. I dont think their doctors have any experience in the hair transplantation. Because they did very bad hair transplantation of mine. I have write this review after near about 2 years. Also one more thing they do, they increase the amount every visit. After the transplantation, they try to sell you the medicines which cost you more then the transportation cost LOL😂. I just want to say one thing please dont go here.

Worst experience in richfeel..they promised me that they planted around 3500 grafts per sitting instead they just planted 1100 grafts nearly..and the results are very poor here..there are another transplanted centre which promises 1 year guarantee on graft displacement if any they will fix it free of cost..plus they also provide free prp which are not provided by richeel..one important thing is that they hire private doctor to do there job who are not well trained and qualified..P.S. if you love your money please dont waste it here you wont get anything!!

They are calling themselves doctors but donot have a proper degree No specifications of ingredients are given on bottles with capsules God knows what is being given.No improvement on hair ofmy daughter then they suggest another strategy.Just a money making organisation.Dont waste your money.

Richfeel has shown some tremendous results to me personally. Took this dandruff treatment and the results were visible from the first go.The attention and care shown by the doctor is simply outstanding and I would recommend everyone whos looking in close vicinity for a true hair treatment- they are second to none.Simply superb and happy!!

Not good in dealing costumers. My friend Bholesh from Panchkula got his transplant done from here. Now hes bald again. He looks like Zidane now.

I have been associated with this clinic since september 2020 . I must say they are nothing more than cheaters . I suffered with alopecia for which they asked me to go through their HDMA test which is sent abroad for analysis . They lost my sample and forced me to go through the test again . When i denied , they first did nt agree for refund and now when agreed , they are saying we have frozen our payments . This is going on from past 8 months . Customer service is pathetic . Either nobody picks up or if they do , they dont know what to suggest customer for their grievancesIb. Products also did not work well in my case . Overall , just DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR HEAlth & MONEY .

Richfeel is pioneer in this field in India for many decades and perhaps oldest among reputed and established clinic. I am regular visitor to this place and found very much helpful. Cost is slightly on the higher side but worth spending it. Some of the treatment methods such as TST and Anagrow are just fabulous and brings noticeable improvement within short period of treatment. The Chandigarh team is led by very dynamic and experienced Doctor and her team too is young energetic and courteous. They devote full attention for well being of visiting individuals. My best wishes to the entire team!!

I was really impressed by my hair fall treatment and the help provided by Dr. Sonia Gautam and all the staff members. I am satisfied with their treatment as my scalp is now reviving now :D.

Worst clinic visited for hair fall they charged consultation fee 250 only but not diagnosed the exact issue after that they prescribied medicine of 8250 & therapy of 13500.

Wrost experience with this clinic. They are running it not for treat patient. They run it only for making money. They not take any responsibility after giving the package and they only force the client to take another package. They not responding on call or not even reply of emails. Richeel is not good tricology. They hire uneducated people for run this clinic. Even they also delete the reviews from Google and Facebook which are not in favor of them. They always try to sale hair kit that price around 6k.Since I trying this product. I did not get any improvement.It was my wrong decision to visit richfeel. Because I was very frustrated with my hair fall.Guys be aware DO NOT TRUST on richfeel.I really want file case on this company.Its fraud company

Very good treatment experience and honestly got the results which I didnt got from Allopathy medicines from various hospitals. My condition of psoriasis would get worse if I would not have come here!!!

I booked online appointment and taken prior confirmation before visiting their Chandigarh clinic. When I visited there, it’s closed.I called there customer care numbers for one hour and wait there but not got any satisfactory response. Finally went back home without meeting. Pathetic situation and unprofessional.

They are not interested in treatment. They are interested only gave packages to patients. I pay for tst treatment. But there is no follow up or appointment they gave from last two months. An account named Rajat have no manners, how to talk with patient. We all pay them full in advance. But they dont have any responsibility for book appointment or follow up.

Its been one year and i am highly satisfied with the services. My results started showing after 3-4 months with the regular intake of medicine and treatment of anagrow and TST. Had experienced only 1 session and still one more pending. Surgery team headed by Dr. Shyam is very professional and patient friendly. His team including Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Varinder, if I’m not wrong, also very helpful during the surgery period.However, centre team behaviour is very unprofessional and hardly u will get any timely info particularly correct info from them. Never expected from such prestigious institution located at Chandigarh. Most of the times the centre was unavailable even on the surgery day. Visited Richfeel for treatment of hair fall for over 4 months and finally things under control in time for my engagement. While medicines were natural there was slow effect which took time for impact. Have been using the bio minerals & vitamin supplements with the tricho active medicines which have resulted in positive impact on the scalp condition when I was doing really bad.
