Was testing out this service as Im from the UK and have new family (in laws) in Panjab. They stated they attempted delivery and couldnt get a hold of me on my number, I purposely provided a work mobile number so that I was available but 0 attempts were made to call/whatsapp me so that I could contact the receiver.Disappointed to say the least with a service I would have used quite regularly, however £11 in conversion is not much, although its about the principle.

Auraflowers is a dismal platform.The orders are sent after the event.We ordered a Rakhi well in advance of the date and till writing this review the same has not reached. NO one picks up the phone and pre typed messages are received on mail.and on site. The stock answer is that you will get the shipment early on Rakhii day but the delivery person answers that the Rakhi..and mind you on Rakhi Day...is yet at Gurgaon.Terible never use this site we are approaching coutts. So many calls and mails too.much terrible and disappointing. MOOD OFF.

The service is worth every penny. Their catalog is elaborate and the rates are reasonable. Regular updates are given through email and text messages to keep the customer updated about the status of the order. They are also extremely flexible with modifications to the order which is another testament of their exceptional service. Each time you ring their number the representative on the other end will be extremely polite and patient.Their product is amazing as it is. But Flower aura has managed to capture the little things exceptionally well, which is making sure that the overall experience of the customer is great. Kudos to you guys! Keep it up. :)

A total of 12 hour time slot given for delivery. Flowers delivered only 45 minutes before 12 hours were supposed to be over.

Worst delivery portal ever. Have never experience such bad service by any delivery platform yet. It’s More than been one month but I have yet not received the items ordered by me. Even after having put written complaint no one approached me even once regarding the status of the delivery. No customer care speaks over the call and they are a team of frauds. Who take money and don’t delivery and just go mum about the whole scene. Gift items purchased to be delivered on a specific day for a special occasion hasn’t reached them even after a month can u believe this? And even after they having my personal phone number and the number of the person it was to be delivered this coming didn’t think it was ethical enough to call and update. It is the biggest fraud company in India who take money don’t delivery the items and on top of it even doesn’t return the money for which the money was changed.

Super fast delivery!! Requested a prompt delivery of cake at 7 PM in the evening to be delivered in next 2 hours . The chat support team promptly checked the feasibility and accepted the order. Very proactive chat support! Really recommended for those who looking for immediate cake delivery .

Worst & horrible experience . For the first time I have ordered from Floweraura & What they did was not even acceptable. The delivery timings was 9-12 but instead of many calls to them they delivered my order at 12:45pm , they ruined my entire surprise plan . And on top of that they delivered the wrong product ( somebody else bouquet & cake). Also after we called them to tell about the entire incident they told us that they will replace it with the correct order , but that never happened nobody came to deliver the correct order.They ruined my entire day & plan , not recommend anyone to order from this company ever.

Very bad experience. After searching different sites for flower delivery in Chandigarh I ordered from Flower Aura. What I thought was a nice looking bouquet of flowers and a plush pillow for my mother in law for mothers day. However, the flowers arrived a day early when I only ordered them for the actual day and the other item never even made it. My mother in law still has not received it. Then after speaking with my mother in law she said the next day the flowers were already dying. Im so disappointed I spent a lot of money but did not receive quality of service. I felt so embarrassed when she told me that, and also my other item which I paid 900RS did not ever deliver. I contacted customer service they told me the few days after the flowers delivered that the other item was on the way and should be delivered by tomorrow. Its more than 2 months and still nothing. Waste of money. Dont use!

The deliver cake but 3-4 hours late. 2nd I order premium quality anniversary cake. they send me different cake and also cheap quality which my husband didnt eat. I asked them Money return and said pick up your cake from my husband place. They told me they will not return my money.they ruin my anniversary. i will not buy anything from this site.

2 stars as although it is convenient but since i opted for early morning delivery, it was not delivered on time. And moreover their customer care number was also not reachable. Tracking option is useless as it said Processing since the time I placed the order. They charged extra for early morning delivery and that only they could not fulfill.

I ordered some gifts and rakhi from them and it was supposed to reach Canada. First of all the date of delivery shown was incorrect and the customer service was very bad. I tried contacting them for 5 straight days and there was no response from their side. Till date i dont have any idea regarding my order.

Now coming to my order, they delivered my cake on time, and it was a fresh cake..And the message card service was too good, letters , font was printed beautifully.. . the card size was in the form of Visiting card.. Disgusting!! I wish I could rate them in negative. I had ordered a bouquet of 12 red roses and a plant was sent to my home! On calling up and complaining, the guy was absolutely cool about the whole issue and asked me to share an image of what was received so that the replacement can be made. So I not only had to face such a nuisance on a special occasion but also had to follow their instructions instead of hearing an apology to get the replacement made. Moreover, the bouquet that was finally received was in a pathetic condition, falling down and didnt looked worth the money I had spent. They did all they could do to spoil the idea of the surprise I had planned. Worst service providers. Dont dont dont order from them!!

In May, last year I ordered a cake by FlowerAura but when the delivery time comes, they call to me and told me that are not able to deliver my cake by some reason. In hurry I tried FNP but they also refused. At last hope I tried Giftmajik. They not only delivered cake for half an hour. Moreover the cake was amazing and very tasty. It has a wonderful picture on. Thats why we are never calling another service when need a cake. Always and in every occasion we only call to Giftmajik Team and they deliver the best cake for us and the faster than any others.
