Product is good, service is terrible. I came in with my family to take a look at some pulls for our kitchen reno and immediately we got strange looks from the all-white staff. I didn’t pay much mind to it because that’s simply how it is, but that was the only acknowledgment we got the entire time we were there. I would not have brought up the matter of our race if it hadn’t been for the fact that there was a white person who came in and they were being tended to like they were royalty. It wasn’t like they were short staffed either, there were five guys standing/ sitting behind the counter absolutely chatting it up amongst each other. We took pictures of the things we liked and were out of there as soon as we possibly could be. Moral of the review: they should note the fact that people of colour are most definitely not welcome here.

I have went through this store for my kitchen reno with my contractor. I really appreciate their helpfulness, friendliness and service. I would use them anytime!

These people are very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a rusty cabinet hinge and they sold me a suitable replacement that fit very well. I’ve also used them for my business a few times and the experience has always been consistent. Thumbs up!

This place is amazing ! My clients can always find what they need and not to mention the boys at the front Jason and Eddy are always eager to help and are soooo knowledgeable. Their product show room is so great and really helps the client have a visual on the products they offer .

They have a whole bunch of cabinet door handles and kitchen cupboard accessories.

My husband just looked all over Calgary for a hinge for a susy cabinet door. He could not find the right size and all the ones he did find were about $40.He googled hinges and about page 5 he found Marathon Hardware. He said it was a high end store so he was shocked when he got amazing service, a great price (less than $10) and a solid product.

In my line of work I deal with suppliers DAILY. I can say that Marathon is by far my absolute favorite :) All the guys there are so friendly and helpful. They know their products and always provide great service. I highly recommend them!!

These folks are very helpful and professional.I needed some replacement screws to fix some cabinet drawers and they were quick to find what I needed and provided the hardware at a very reasonable price!
