We booked a consultation with Kitchen Cabinet Solutions to discuss a kitchen renovation for our home (our house was originally built with them, so we figured it would be a simple choice to do a Reno with them as well). We came prepared to the appointment with photos of the kitchen and measurements of all the cabinetry.I was highly disappointed in the service we received. Our ‘appointment’ lasted all of 15 minutes, with the representative assigned to us not paying us any reasonable attention and not offering information. We had to ask every single question from the beginning, including ‘so how does this work?’ and ‘What are our options?’, as we received no information when we arrived. Getting information was like pulling teeth. The answers we did receive were quick, abrupt and not very informative.We then felt rushed out, because of an apparent ‘allotted time slot’ for appointments (which I guess is 15 minutes?). Upon leaving, the lady helping us informed us there is a long wait time for projects (which is absolutely fine), and that we would receive our estimates the following week.A week went by and we heard nothing. 2 weeks then went by, still nothing. We called back and inquired about the status of our estimate, and was assured we would get it in the next week. Flash forward another 3-4 weeks and still no reply. We have never heard back from them.I am highly disappointed that I left a well known, established company with a good reputation, feeling small, unimportant and a waste of time. Every project should be important to them, regardless of size or grandeur.I have since started receiving estimates from smaller, local shops, and I can tell you that already, the customer service is worlds different. Shop small, shop local and you might actually feel like your project is important. I will not be consulting with kitchen cabinet solutions for any future projects, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

Things go wrong (demo debris in the shower drain, flooring lost in the warehouse, sectional delivered with one section the wrong colour, delivery of moldy drywall, etc.) but what we appreciate is professional and responsive service recovery. Kaitlin did exactly that when our order of a mix of stock and custom cabinets didnt go exactly as planned. She stepped up and made things right for us. Oh yeah, and she had a clever idea to flip a cabinet upside down to meet our needs rather than order a custom cabinet. Excellent service, good value and people you can trust - a combination that works for us.

We have used Cabinet Solutions 3 times now to create practical, attractive storage for our home. I really appreciate Kaitlins suggestion to add recycle bins in a cabinet for our kitchen. She worked with us to create a TV bench with storage for office supplies. Also, I found the perfect cabinet in the showroom to fit under the window in our den. Grant, the installer, was SO efficient and professional. All in, we got great value for our money.

This was our first time doing business with Cabinet Solutions. From our research, the prices and quality looked reasonable. Staff were very helpful and eager to please. We ordered several vanities and cabinets and they were ready in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the cabinets was good and the packaging was good so we didnt have any damages to deal with. Highly recommended place to do business!

First time here. Ordered a vanity on line from a dept store which was supposed to arrive in 10 days but by week 3 I knew I needed a better system to get a vanity immediately to finish mt bathroom.Went to cabinet solutions. Has a great showroom and product in stock. The vanity i got was made in Canada which is always a good thing. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. The vanity was loaded into my truck and I was off.And the vanity is beautiful, well constructed. Definitely would return here.

Nothing but positive things to say. I updated my kitchen island going from a tiered to a flat surface. I added storage to the exterior of the island. My old island was completely removed and I had a new Cherry wood one installed with a Thunder stain. Very lovely with great quality. Terry and Grant were great to work with.

We used cabinet solutions for a renovation project of an old home constructed in the 1940s. The house has many quirks and was not an easy project to design a kitchen for. The Cabinet solutions team provided us with a number of options to maximize our space and discussed the benefits of each design. We choose a design and the project worked out perfectly. The kitchen is perfect for the space and is both functional and looks great. Their measurments were also perfect. We would highly recommend then to anyone considering a new kitchen.

I thought their cabinets were good quality and reasonably priced. Cabinet Solution’s process works well as you can come in with your own design and then have someone look at it and suggest modifications. There were a few iterations and that was good. Also, I didnt want to be sold anything but rather Teri educated me on what the options were andthen allowed me to make a good decision. I was happy with that.

I recently helped a friend renovate a section of his kitchen, they just purchased the older home and wanted to modify a section into a bar, i was able to match the cabinets perfectly with the help from the staff who researched the original cabinets and used the info to match the new cabinets perfectly, right down to the crown and valance. The cabinets took a bit of time to coming in, as they come from Winnipeg i believe , but the wait was worth getting a good colour match. I was also able to get glass for some of the other cabinets replaced to a different style through Cabinet Solutions. The cabinets arrived in good condition and went in great. The length of time to get the cabinets was a bit of a drag,( everybody wants stuff asap these days) but we planned around the delivery date and everything went smoothly. I have used them for a few projects now and will continue to. Great working with them.

There design consultant caught a lot of issues the Designer of my blueprints missed so everything was a breeze when we went to install it. They also referred me to an installer who did an excellent job and was very reasonably priced. The quality of the cabinets is very high end at a not so high end price. Highly recommend if you are looking for new cabinets

I have been a customer of cabinet solutions for over 25 years, they sell good quality cabinets, are easy to install and the prices are good. Teri and Kaitlin have always been very helpful.

Found the staff when we visited to be unhelpful and dismissive of our questions. When you are looking to make a large purchase like a new kitchen remodel good customer service goes a long way. The way we were treated was the deciding factor to take our business elsewhere. Their products seem to be of good quality if their showroom is indicative of final quality.

Great design staff, awesome guy in the back to help load. Pretty good with honoring agreements and replacing damaged unit no questions asked. Very professional in all.

Wasted my time. I went to the store a month ago today and was told that the cabinets are ready to go. They were quick to design and give me a quote. I said we wanted to buy the cabinets and the staff said we had to go to the store to pay. I left work early and went all the way to the store on dec 22nd. This staff said that they didn’t have the sides of the cabinets but he would call us in the new year Jan 2nd and we would be able to pay over the phone. Nobody called. Jan 3 I called and he said he would call me later that day. It has been a week. Don’t trust them.

Did a very small project and they were very helpful

Unfortunately this company tries to say that they are custom cabinets but they are not. My contractor had to spend an afternoon building the top mouldings out of the pieces that I purchased. All that that sales lady said to me when I ordered the cabinets was he would have put a piece of plywood under the counter top to raise it , so the doors didn’t hit. Well he had to actually cut the countertop piece to fit the custom cabinets I ordered and completely build the top mouldings . Sorry guys that’s not custom nor is that being honest , plus the cabinet boxes had damage as well as the countertop piece. Only good thing is the doors are warranty, if I good have gotten IKEA wardrobes to fit I would have purchased those. I did bring this to there attention but only got back a blank stare and they said our product is very good. The cost of there product is not cheap. Do your research before purchasing.

They were great almost done my kitchen looks amazing staff is very nice and the product excellent for the price trust me I looked at dozens of cabinet companies before I started.

Where do I start? Bad products, overpriced and poor services. The measurement for our cabinets were totally wrong and then they sell you the filler cabinets for extra cost.The soft closing drawer wont close properly and boards are not aligned. They get their products from Winnipeg so when things go wrong, you are stuck and have to wait for a long time for remedy any problem. And they charge you extra if you want them to fix you problem sooner.Go elsewhere if you can.

Do not trust these people worst company ever and mostly all the good ratings are from there own workers or owners. ..I dunno where to start from but the base point is dont trust them....

I am a repeat customer because of the price, and the quality of the cabinets.
