In a neighborhood full of delicious Thai food, this is the only Thai food we have eyes for. Everything on the menu is delicious. My husband always orders duck, and the portion of duck they give him is unbelievably large. They may as well have given him an entire duck.
I had the best Thai food here. Shared the Duck Buns as an appetizer. They were very good, the duck wasnt too fat where it was relentlessly chewing. The star of the night was the vegetable Drunken Noodles. Vegetables were lightly cooked, squash, string beans, snow peas, peppers, bok choy, broccoli, and cauliflower.Perfect spiciness with a slightly sweet note.Ill be back to eat through the menu. Also, they have a a really good Happy Hour.
Best Thai restaurant in the area. Papaya salad and Drunken Noodles were incredible. Friendly and attentive service. Will return to explore the menu.
Stopped by my hair salon and was hungry as usual. Was in the mood for drunken noodles and stubbled across this spot on Google. Read the reviews and had to check them out myself. I ordered the shrimp popcorn and shrimp drunken noodles. Placed the order online. It told me 45 mins. I swear they came in 20! Everything was good! Fresh and delish!! Definitely will order from them again
Probably the best pad thai I have had. The portions were great, the flavor was amazing, and the people working there are very nice.
Good experience the food is great... excellent customer service.
Everything about the food at Muse is correct!I got the Shrimp Pad Thai, Crispy Calamari(made my own sauce), Thom Wings, and a sd. of Sticky Rice. Def a spot that’s been added to my roster 👌🏾
Great food. Great drinks. Awesome customer service.
Food was delicious and hit the spot. Friendly and good service. Loved the ambiance of the outdoor seating. Will be coming back!
I dine in this place a lot! This is my favorite restaurant to grab a bite. I visit this place regularly. The cooking is of high quality, the staff members are helpful and the price is reasonable. I enjoy eating in this place over a rich meal.
Always on point. I was introduced to this eatery by my cousin who swears by it and I must say it’s one of my favorite go to Thai places in prospect heights. It’s always fresh, they take their time preparing your dish, pretty much a 20 min wait so please order ahead and the value is perfect for the price. Muse never disappoints. Feeling for drunken noodle right now.
Lovely cozy little thai restaurant. Very friendly smiley staff. Affordable tasty food with generous portion sizes. Our water glass was always full and empty plates removed quickly. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because of the wait between our appetizers and our main and the fact that others who arrived long after we had ordered, had received their meals first. Also my sister ordered the shrimp dish with rice. The shrimp came out first with the appetisers and the rice came out with the main when its 1 main meal. Also the mains came out disjointed. My cousin had hers 1st and 15 minutes later the rice came and another 10 minutes later my main came. The ambience was lovely, food tasty and staff friendly. Its just that one thing with the kitchen, that let the team down and why I gave 4 stars.
Rushed + poor service service, order was wrong not once but twice. 1st and last time visiting this restaurant. Also, sautéed chicken is misrepresented on the menu and came out FRIED versus sautéed
Everything was good, even the service. Thumbs up
Delicious food. Great service
Amazing cocktails and food. Service was great too despite being the only person.
Great food and service. Ill come back soon!
Food and atmosphere was great
The food was great
The most delicious Thai food in NYC. Honestly, I don’t leave reviews but this restaurants is a ***chef kiss**.
Hidden gem - love all the food and drinks!!
Great food
I found a HAIR in my salad. It sorta ruined my appetite. It was a THICK HAIR too. So I decide to call them and let them know that possibly one of the cooks is not wearing their hair net properly idk. They offered a refund (which I was not even expecting, I honestly just wanted to let them know). So I thought it was solved--wrong.Then they called me back 1 hour later. The person said that they talked to the manager and that it is impossible that there would be a hair in the salad. Basically calling me a liar. Like Im trying to scam them out of a $8 salad lol. Well I explained that I do not have hair (I shave my head FYI). But they insisted I was lying. I just told them to keep the refund. To be honest, to food was flavorless, so the hair was like the cherry on top. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you want to pay for bland food, poor service, and a hairy surprise.
Great go-to, neighborhood Thai spot. Both kinds of wings are delicious and I love the drunken noodle with whatever protein I’m feeling that day. Perfect comfort food. In addition, the delivery is always fast and the service on site is consistently outstanding.
Warm outdoor seating, great food, draft happy hour! What’s not to like?
Simply put, the food is good! I had the Salmon and vegetables. Loved it!
The food was very good. The server was attentive and courteous. The outdoor was comfortable.
Just stopped in for an appetizer... The pork buns and they were so great we all started for dinner. Everything was excellent including the service.
The food and service was excellent. In this covid era this was my second time outside eating and I was absolutely pleased with everything at Muse
Wonderful attentive service and delicious hot food. Felt at home in this neighborhood restaurant!
The food here was very good. My lady and I had the Pad Thai w/ shrimp and Drunken Noodle w/ chicken. We also had the crispy dumplings. Drinks were decent. No complaints here. My ting then took me home and we got crazy 😂
Nice Thai restaurant and bar, with reasonable amount of bar seating and tables. Entrees $13-15, good portions. Happy hour til 9 (wkends included) with $4-5 beer and $7 selected well drinks.
Walking around looking for a place to eat we stumbled across this place and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a party of 8 with 2 toddlers and an infant and the staff was very polite and attentive. Menu was large enough and interesting enough for everyone. Everything was delicious and portions were good. Not sure if we will ever be back in the area but if we are we would definitely come back.
Great little Thai restaurant. Good choice both for pick up and for dine in. They dont have beers or booze but it hasnt mattered to me. Their Thai iced tea is legit.Their menu is full with options but under a very simple scheme: your choice of noodles, rice, or curry and then with what meat. Simple as that.Their appetizers are varied, well priced and tasty.Ive had the pad Thai a few times and its never disappointed. The other noodles are great too. And the panang Curry is very tasty. They make the curries as spicy as you want.4 stars only because their service is kinda odd. Great people, dont get me wrong, but it just feels their learning. Ill keep going back tho.
Food is fabulous stellar service.
Very cozy spot on a cold night. The service was excellent & friendly, the prices fair. The Papaya Salad to begin was refreshing with a good balance of spice and sweetness. I enjoyed the Massaman Curry with a rich flavor of seasoning, though it was a little mild..could be hotter so ask if you enjoy the same. Not a destination spot, but if Im in the area I would certainly enjoy again.
Absolutely great! The service from our waiter was fantastic, he was very attentive and the food was lovely’sWould recommend to friends and definitely will be coming back again soon.Happy hour cocktails! 👌
I decided to treat myself one day. Wine and Thai. Stumbled upon your place. I’m hooked and my roommates are now addicts. Those wings are delicious!! God bless the cook !
This spot is worth checking out. Food is delicious. Staffs are attentive and courteous. The restaurant has a nice ambience and very cozy to hang out with your friends.
I like Muse, but I cant stand when I ask for something with my order and repeatedly ask and I get my order and the item isnt in there. Soy sauce. I like soy sauce on my rice. I call back to tell them they forgot for the umpteenth time and the response is cavalier. Done ordering from them.
Really good food. I would say authentic Thai. Drinks good too.
Food was very good, would recommend it to everyone. I had Thai Fried & Shrimp..The owner is the most polite and sweetest person.
Food is good. Happy hour prices great!
Good food. Good customer services. Fair price
Rock solid Thai food and fast delivery in the neighborhood. Interior is a bit sparse, could be made more welcoming.
Going to this restaurant is like being an unwitting participant on the show kitchen nightmares. Where do I even start?1. They made us wait 40 minutes for our reservation. When we complained, they promised to comp appetizers, but once we were seated, they explained that it was our fault for expecting to be seated on time, as everyone else also got reservations for the same time, causing the backup. They then said that they would not be doing anything to make up for the wait.2. Once we were seated and ordered, we watched our appetizers be delivered to another table, who confused it for a comp because they too had to wait so long for their table. I then watched the waitress walk over to the table and explain to them that they would have to pay for the appetizer because they ate it even though it wasn’t theirs, even though it was the waiter’s fault for bringing it to the wrong table.3. No one paid any attention to us unless we flagged them down. As this restaurant has maybe eight tables, ignoring us and all other patrons this thoroughly seemed to take actual effort on the part of the staff. Toward the end of the two hour + meal, I just started walking over to the bar and grabbing a pitcher and refilling my party’s drinks myself. The waitress made eye contact with me and gave me a look I can only describe as telegraphing, “thank god, you’re finally making yourself useful.”4. There were six people in our party. Our entrees came out between 10 and 30 minutes apart with no apology or explanation, so that when the first person was finished eating the last person was just getting their meal.5. After much discussion (and two incorrect checks, both of which took 20 minutes to flag down from the waitress), our party decided not to tip. When the waitress, who had been nothing but rude the entire night, heard this, she finally paid attention to us and tried to convince us that we needed to write down the tip BEFORE she ran my card, as she stood over my shoulder watching. I did not tip.The food was not worth being made to feel like we had foolishly invited ourselves to a dinner party where the host hated us and resented us for coming into her home, which is a bad way to feel in a restaurant we paid to patronize. The worst service I’ve ever had.
Process and food is decent, wait time is a killer as they tend to the phone orders first then yours. Also the place was pretty cold.
No idea how the food is, but ordering is a nightmare.
Basil fried rice is really good! Spring roll is not good.
Solid, cheap Thai place. I only ordered a few things, but what we had was good. Will definitely be coming back!
After getting my food I wanted to give them 4 stars because I’m big on presentation and theirs was a bit disappointing but my husband said the service made up for it which was true because they were very attentive and polite plus we did enjoy the food.
Yummy Thai restaurant with tasty entrees and a varied menu. It’s not BYO, and they don’t have a liquor license, so plan on enjoying the food for its own sake. It’s worth it!
Would not let me order a happy meal despite the menu not indicating an age limit. I went hungry.
Terrible the way they treat their customers.
Really great Thai food. They deserve more customers!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Waited over an hour for delivery and when I called to check in the guy LIES to me and says my order is on its way. Called again 30 minutes later and he says I live outside of their delivery zone. Still trying to get my 40 dollars back (because of course they charged my card when I placed the order). Total crooks and liars.
Actual Thai folks working is always a good sign. Drunken noodles were great. Tom yum wasnt to my standard but still authentic. I would eat here again
I ordered online the service was great , Food is tasty - alittle on the greasy side .
Food was too sweet. Every dish was loaded w sugar. Flavors were lackluster
Service- Excellent, food - OK I did not find it flavorful, the shrimp was hard and tasteless, as for the Basil fried rice- all I can say is I had better by far. The BKK wings are crispy, tasty and very much enjoyable you only get 2 Wings cut into 4 pieces per order. The Thai iced tea had absolutely no sugar in it I didnt enjoy that at all however I did enjoyed the water LOL... the overall atmosphere was intimate and quiet until three people came in and it all of a sudden felt like I was in BBQs with the loud folks.
Excellent food, excellent service
Amazing food and fast service.
Delicious food and lunch specials are a great price!
The food is delicious clean ❤
BEST Shrimp fried rice EVER 😩🤤
Very good, not the best, but solid, small space
Very good food love the lunch special with salad and soup.
Lunch special comes with soup and salad! Food was delicious.
Excellent customer service. Food is 👍
Long story short, order never showed up, and the restaurant lied about it. Totally incompetent.Id avoid these guys if you actually want to eat.
Great Thaï food
Sophisticated cooking with warm service
Best Thai food in the neighborhood, and fantastic service!
Delicious and reasonably priced food
Love it!
Food is great, but had a pretty bad experience the last two times. Delivery took over an hour, food arrived cold, and the order wasnt entirely correct. The time before that while eating in, the food took over an hour to arrive at our table. Not really worth the wait at that point :/
Super solid.. imho
Great food, nice servers. No alcohol.
Great tasting food, large quantity
Food is amazing.
Great drunken noodles ever
Excellent
Disappointing food.
Solid Thai food
