Still a bit of the old Silver Dollar City but going downhill to just a theme park. They dont have the street players anymore. Less crafts. No animals. Less music. Saloon show still outside even though Covid restrictions lifted. Could not find drink stands open in Saturday when park was packed but in Sunday lots open . Two great restaurants gone...The Mine and the southwest grill. Very disappointed in that. Train ride was excellent. New Falls ride very good but broken down alot.

Ticket lines take about 30 minutes to get through, not bad being at capacity, the handicap ride wait times are long and improperly done, making you get a wait time , then upon returning, make you wait on average 20 minutes before boarding you. the purpose of the original wait time is to get you on the next ride at that time, not make you wait longer than an average able bodied individuals wait time. this has been an ongoing issue I face coming to SDC for over a decade. Ive complained to management and it has fallen on deaf ears. The owner doesnt even bother to return my calls, im a severely injured Service connected, wartime disabled Marine Corps veteran, and im just asking for fairness.

Silver Dollar City has a great variety of things to do and see. You can come rain or shine and youll never be disappointed. Some of our best times were the days it was raining because you did the unusual, looked around in the various shops and shows. The food is always good and many types of food vendors. ..everybody will be satisfied. Theres more to do than just ride the rides. Stay all day without running out of fun things to do.

If youre going to walk through to get tickets, expect to wait a little while. If you go with that expectation, maybe youll be a little less tense in line. Strike up a good conversation with someone from your group, or meet someone near you who will also be waiting in line. Dont ruin your experience by being aggravated right off the bat before you even get into the park. Take a deep breath, let it fill your lungs, remind yourself that you were going to wait in line anyway, let out your breath, and enjoy yourself.

SDC is great exercise because of hills but not spread out too far. Lots of great rides and shows. The Christmas lights and plays are spectacular. Not to be missed when visiting Branson. Season pass is great because its cheaper than two day passes.

We stayed at Holiday hills 2014 and 15 and 16 and 17.but where we are here is great.

It is a little pricey but it has something for everyone in the family. Great atmosphere
