Will definitely be back. Multiple campgrounds. We were in campground 1 which backed right up to bike trail stretching from welcome center to marina. This was more wooded feel, where campground 2 offered more sunlight and less trees. Campground 2 had some full hookup sites that would have been nice. Three playgrounds for kids. It was just so relaxing!
First time at Table Rock State Park. 2 campgrounds. Some sites are dry camping, electric and water, and water, electric, and sewer. We have seen and stayed in many state parks in over 30 plus states. This is one of our top 10 state parks. Very well maintained with clean restrooms, showers (free), and washer and dryers (pay). Playground for children.Very nice paved walking path around the lake. Walk to the marine and enjoy the lake.
I was hiking in the forest of the State Park once. I definetely enjoyed it, a peace, calm place, where you only see other people from time to time. I couldnt get back to my vehicle because I didnt find it, but somehow I managed to succeed. If you are in Branson and dont want to spend money, this is the place to go!
Persons eat at covered picnic tables. Food was good, especially the pumpkin scones. Would have given five stars, but the big fan was turned off and there were bees buzzing around our food. I believe the fan would have blown them away. I know its the time of year for bees.
Clean park with good restrooms and showers if youre camping. Great access to swim on the lake and a paved trail from the Marina to the Dewy Visitor Center. All kinds of marine rentals available at the marina and a boat dock. Big shade trees all around and several picnic sites with grills just off the water.
We stayed at campground 1, in the loop that has the 150+ sites. Every site here has electric hookups. 2 city water spigots covered our loop. Youll need long hoses for your RV tank to access city water on this campground. No sites are pull-through. Some back-ins require tight turns. Dump station is located in the other loop.Lakeshore trail near this loop and is easily accessible. Nice to walk on this paved path and take in gorgeous views of the lake. Picnic tables and benches along the way, so you can pause or have a meal near the water.
We spent a RARE December 9 & 10, 2020 at THE LAKE. Temperature was in the 70s and the sun brought warmth and brightness to an otherwise disappointing year of COVID. There were very few people ANYWHERE!! No traffic. No lines. No congestion. But, everyone had masks on.. Silver Dollar City is safer than the grocery stores in South St Louis County!! It was an enjoyable experience. I just cant stop thinking about people losing their quaint little businesses. Thanks for the momentary calm.
One of the best family experiences we have had to date!!
Fantastic family friendly park for a hike for people of all ages. Very beautiful and good clean facilities with plenty of parking
I like the scenic view or the Lake and view of the dam. I love to watch people fishing trouts on the lake. You may want to take a quick stop to take pictures when you pass by the bridge..
Great marina and food. Wish they had COVERED daily dock rental. Very busy area.
Nice park with a great bike path and lots of access to the water. Many people were picknicing as I left. Much more to explore than the small amount of time I had would alow.
Beautiful park, awesome park center. We learned a lot and still had fun. They have a wonderful sand bench that shows how the drain basin and the whole area work
Amazing place to get away. Beautiful lake and tons of things to do or relax while doing nothing.
Quiet and calm place to enjoy.
It is my first time in Branson, my wife is a native and family lives here. I mainly am a decently known photographer in east-central Florida so I was hoping for a change in scenery. I stumbled upon the dam, walked it and grabbed the large landscape view for sunrise. Then, saw a gentlemen who you see in the picture drive past and down into the park. I followed, figured it led to something cool. Maybe a better view of the sunrise I thought. I saw him parked asked him the best way to the water and he obliged with a polite answer and I climbed down to the creek. There was probably fifteen to twenty serious anglers fully suited up and fly fishing for Trout. As I was moving around taking pics the gentlemen crossed paths with me again and I wished him good luck, he chuckled a bit and said Ill need it! Have a good day!, And ad he did he walked in front of me and I snapped the pic. He nodded and waded deep into the water. He landed a trout pretty quickly. I was nothing short of impressed with the beauty of the water, super clear, Canadian geese, so many anglers of all ages converged in one spot catching fish. If any of you are in these pics send me a message Ill give you a copy, and special thanks to the angler who led me to this spot.
Lovely, well maintained park.
Signage was good our dog was with us and we had access to doggie bags and depositories. Attraction of the castle and carriage house were okay.
Friendly staff and very clean restrooms and showers. They have laundry and very nice camping .
I like #1 the best, but campground #2 is pleasant. Clean facilities and well kept concrete sites.
Had a blast on the lake!We rented a pontoon boat from the state park marina and had an awesome time!Just make sure if you wear prescription glasses you use a lanyard 😆 🤣 we got hit by a wave that tipped me over and knocked me off the boat and well yep you guessed it Im sitting here waiting on new glasses now lol
This is a beautiful lake!
Rock State Park was awesome for our family reunion. The pavilion was terrific. Being our first trip we were delighted. A very beautiful park to relax and chill without interruptions. Hopefully we will come back. The Suggs Family Reunion.
Great place to visit. Enjoyed their hiking trails and marina. You can rent boats and jet skies from the marina. You can swim, at your own risk, along the shoreline. Great place to picnic.
My husband and I found some of the best fishing spots. Its quiet peaceful here and so beautiful. The water was clean and clear we had a lot of fun swimming fishing and catching crawfish. This is such a wonderful place to come to weather it just be you and your husband or if you want to make it a family event. It is very family friendly and clean. We absolutely loved this place and I would recommend it to any and everyone. It was thus far one of the best places to escape to for some fun quiet quality time together and to catch plenty of fishy fishy
A fabulous place to get out in nature. Enjoy the beautiful water, hike the trails, have a picnic. Its perfect!
If you ever wanted to make a sling shot you could have used the steak in replacement for the inner tube rubber. The 5 cheese appetizer is tasteless and if you like croutons you will love the Caesar salad!
Wow, we only got to explore this park for a brief time, but what we saw was wonderful. We took what seemed to be a main path that was paved and there were so many other little dirt paths that led to the water. Well maintained and beautiful scenery.
If you are photographer that want a good sceneries photo on the trail, this not a right place. The trail is very quiet and relaxing it rank from easy to moderate, a good trail for seniors and families. Some connection mark are confusing, because connection have two directions, you have 50/50 change to choose the straight path, if not you will end up in the loop like we experience at connection 2.
Amazing time! We did a “meet in the middle” family camping trip this past weekend. Check in was simple, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Views are incredible and fishing wasn’t half bad either lol! Plenty of trails to access the waters edge! We could not have asked for a better trip
This was a beautiful and at times ghostly bit of forest to visit. Trails were very easy to navigate, but did have some more advanced areas to walk. Overall, was a leisurely stroll just about any age could enjoy.
Absolutely loved it, great people and lots of fun. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is due to traffic on the dam being cut down to one lane and takes awhile to make it back and forth. Other than that it was memorable.
State park has great camping, the adjoining marina has every kind of water sport and boat rental. Nearby is the town of Branson, several water parks, mini golf and the best of all, the silver dollar city amusement park. Other activities a little further away is zip lining and a cave tour that is drive through in a jeep.
Coming from Colorado our state parks are mostly untouched . That said they sometimes find themselves neglected. The marina at Table Rock State Park however, is the nicest state park facility I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Great staff and service as well.
Table Rock Marina was awesome! The Catamaran tour & water activities were so much fun! There were about 20 of us of various ages and everyone had a great experience. I highly recommend it!
Well maintained trails. Clear water. Family time is fun time and many RV and camping sites. 4 boat launch lanes and lots of trailer parking. Highly recommend.
2nd time camping here in 9 months .its a hop an skip from the strip. Always clean and quiet .
The lake is just a delight! Water is warm. Rented a pontoon for 12 hours and someone was in it every minute!
The water, swimming were wonderful! Many families on the weekend. Go during the week if possible.Beautiful views. If you picnic, think of something to keep flies at bay!
Stayed at Campground 1 and had a good time. The weather wasnt very good so we were limited on what we could do but enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful! Worth the short drive from the main tourist spots in Branson.
Love the marina here! Everyone is so helpful and friendly.
We were at campground 2 and it was great! Very clean area with lots of shade trees. A walk down a short trail takes you right to the marina.
Beautiful day outdoors
Very peaceful very well maintained
Always quiet and calm, beautiful trail to walk, bike or skate. Campgrounds and cookout spots are surprisingly clean and well maintained.
Beautiful small beach, needs more bathrooms.. There are shelters available on a first come first serve basis. Large BBQ and picnic area with direct view of the water for parents to watch their kids. Walkway into the water is a nice touch..
Great friendly family place to swim. Not overly busy. Spent the day with my kids and a gal from work and her kids. Had a blast.
Great boat launch and great fishing near the State Park
Amazing! The water temperature was perfect! Really good time to be on a boat.
Camped for 15 days in tent. Was great!
We took a family vacation, had kids from ages 6 to 12. There was something for everyone to do. Swimming at moonshine beach was so much fun.beautiful sandy beach, and very clean. We took the kids jet skiing and we all had a great time
Always a well maintained park. Nice campsites. Nice marina. Close to table rock dam. Dam has nice visitor center. Close to trout hatchery.
This is a beautiful park with excellent hiking trails and trout fishing. The water levels fluctuate based on power consumption. Which is a detriment to the fishing due to the frequently high water. But it is a beautiful Park and an excellent trout management stream. Hatchery is also great to visit.
Spaces in campground 2 are distanced well. Big shower areas. People cleaning constantly. Quiet in evening.
We love coming here. We love getting snowcones, ice cream and checking out what they have in the store. And now, they have a new restaurant with new food. The selection is very good.
State park where you can hike, camp and get to the lake... Had a lot of parking and very accessible
Very nice, clean park. Plus, there is no charge to use this park. Lots of trails, picnic areas with grills. Plenty of areas to swim too.
Great walking paths. Always enjoy taking a pontoon out on the lake.
Nice place to take a walk, put in your boat, have a picnic, or take a swim.
Water temp was great, lots of available tables. Not too crowded
Amazing beauty absolutely beautiful! Truly blessed
Rented a pontoon boat and spent about 6 hours on the lake. It was great!!
Have a slip on C dock for our pontoon, love this park, also camping is fantastic!
Sites are a little on the small side, but its clean. A nice, central spot to set up and explore
Cute little area. Has some beautiful views of the water and some trails which I did not have a chance to explore
Fish hatchery Closed sunday and monday. Very beautiful drive on the way in we took a curvy backroad that lead us atop a mountain looking down at the water. Beautiful to drive across the dam.
Situated on Lake State Park with campsite. great place to relax.
Very nice park with the lake, walking trails, picnic tables. Worth the stop.
We had a great time. Went to the Dewey Short visitor center. Thats a must see for sure. we hiked the blue trail and walked the yellow trail. The red trail is great for biking. I would suggest using the AllTrails app it makes navigating the trails alot raiser.
Beautiful. We were able to beat the bad weather this week. Stunning views of the lake. Also small trails to long you can use.the dam is breathtaking. Worth the detour.
Very nice park. Its close to town so it is a good base camp for doing all things Branson. The State Park Marina is also very close and looks to be top notch.
Get your dive stuff out. Ive gone twice in April. It was cold but I could see past the end of my nose. Pleasantly surprised. In fact on the last dive day I could see 15 or more feet.We went into the water about 40 yards to the east of the state park dock. Between the dock and the Dewey Short Visitor Center building.
Love the view you get at the camp site
Beautiful spot in Branson. You can rent boats, jet skis, pontoons right from the Marina.
Its a nice state park has washer and dryer too. But dont leave your stuff on the campsite One Minute after Checkout Time THEY WILL CONFISCATE IT!!!👎👎👎
Kind of bland, nice hosts and the campground was clean. Bath house well maintained and clean. Will come back when it warms up a little. Pretty sure it will provide more fun when we bring our boat and get out on the water.
Love going to tablerock since I was a child. Swimming, boating, camping, float up restaurants, and family time are all a blast at tablerock lake. Wish I could come here more often. I think a lot of people also like to fish, tube, ski, and other typical water activities.
