Ordered food from Doordash to go on 10/3 and got home to realize that the Biryani that we ordered was STALE. Called Namaste and let them know but the guy who I spoke with said I could come and get a new one ( no thanks I dont need one stale replaced with another). He said he didnt know how that happened but they are continuing to serve the same stale biryani to others at the restaurant and just hung up. I was completely aghast by this guys attitude. No concern for customers health. I posted a similar review on another platform for it but it mysteriously got taken down.

First time ordering from here. I asked them for a recommendation on their best indo Chinese appetizer and was told to get the gobi manchurian. It was so-so. A tiny bit high on salt and not as crispy as it should be. Worth a try again - but would strongly recommend eating in or eating it pretty soon after you pickup or it’s bound to get soggy. I wonder if that’s what happened with my order… next time, I’ll try moreIndo Chinese, and will dine in.

Lunch buffet on a Friday noon. Special chicken biriyani was yummy, lamb curry was spicy and yummy 😋, chicken 65 was good. Other items were just okay. Most of the food items were not hot, it was just warm and they weren’t even reloading the food, many trays were almost empty.Ambiance is below average. Hope they improve on the above given suggestions.Worth to give a try here. Overall good Indian food, but they can do it a lot better 👍🏽

Very nice! Someone had recommended this place to me so I ordered the chicken biryani along with some veg appetizers. The wait time for to-go was slow but I finally tried it and the flavor was amazing! I was beyond pleased with my food. Will for sure be ordering from here again!!

On May 31, 2021 I ordered chicken biryani family back and there were two eggs came along with that. While eating half way I found that the egg was rotten.So due to this myself and my 15 month old kid had food poisoning. I would not recommend this place to anyone after this incident. People do not expect bad food for what they pay and owner should be responsible for keeping quality and good food for customers.

I tried lunch buffet on friday at this place. Food is really tasty. Biryani , mutton curry, Chicken Curry , Medhu Vada, fish fry, chicken tandoori, veg sandwich, Pumpkin and Soy curry, curd sweet and gulab jamun. All are awesome. I definetely recommend this place for Indian restaurant in bothell for lunch buffet.

Called to complain about Goat Saag Curry ( salty and no meat at all, just bare bones), on July 26th at 2 pm, the person who answered said sorry and hung up within 5 sec- no curtesy at all..This was after 45 min delays (out of many more delays in past) to get the order ready that was said ready to be picked up. Ordered biryani as well and can tell quality and taste has gone down considerably. Clearly customer service is not at all a priority let alone showing some curtesy for selling lower quality food.

We ordered a few items from here over a weekend for lunch. While the order was ready for pickup I less time than expected, the taste and quality was just horrible.Two curry items had exact same gravy, chicken tikka masala and malai kofta. If one knows Indian food, they would know the difference in preparation. Moreover, the so called chicken tikka appeared to be boiled chicken not even oven cooked.The worst part was the Chilly Paneer, which was to so hard and dry that we had to throw most of it in trash. I sent an email asking the restaurant about this and they never cared to respond.

Ordered food for a party. Naans were like rocks. Didnt become soft even though we heated them with a wet towel on them. Biryani was all rice with very little pieces and we saved the remaining Biryani in the fridge just after 2 hours from the time of order and by morning it is all rotten. Called the restaurant to inform about the same and they didnt even care to listen or apologize.

The last two times I ordered twice from GrubHub and arrived at the restaurant during open hours (and when the food was supposed to be ready) but the restaurant is closed. Happened on a Monday and Tuesday evening two weeks apart.

Food was definitely good. But we didnt get both garlic and butter Naan we paid for. And they were so busy they couldnt keep up on orders. I hope to give them better review ill try them again. Ill review again.

Been a bad experience ordering curriy at this location a curry... for 14 ish$ you only get half filled 16Oz bowl which seem overpriced for the quantity delivered.

Ordered yesterday for special occasion and ended up eating salty tasteless food. It’s not worth the money for me. Last year was absolutely delicious though.

The menu didnt have descriptions so i asked what one of the curry dishes had, cant remember the name he first thought I was ordering this, then I asked again no I want to know what it is? He said oh like butter chicken I thought he was trying to say it was similar to butter chicken which I have had. I ordered it, got the butter chicken instead of the dish I was trying to ask about/order. They also gave us no silverware or napkins with our takeout, which was annoying since we were driving out of town and planned to pick nick at a rest stop and had to instead wait a few hours to be home and reheat it. That being said we were pleased with the food when we finally ate it. We got the butter chicken I didnt mean to order but still liked, vindaloo, garlic naan and the mint sauce which was really good.

We ordered Masakali chicken & mutton biriyanis. Both werent that tasty and felt a bit stale.

The chicken masakali biryani was good. Mutton dum biryani is bad, the pieces are hard and rice was dry. For the appetizer, we ordered chilly chicken but we got chicken Manchuria or may be thats the taste, I hope they mixed up and gave chicken Manchurian

Ordered half tray boneless chicken biryani and I am sure I got chicken 65 biryani as I took family pack(boneless chicken biryani) previous week which was good. I repeated the same order(larger quantity) and it’s Total disappointment. Goat Haleem did not meet the expectations as well.

I ordered a babycorn manchurian and veg dum biryani. Biryani is just plain rice with very very few veggies and no spices at all. No salan too. Manchurian is chewy and half cooked. Very bad experience. I have taken out many times from Namasthe redmond which is good. First time i took from bothell, and the experience is pathetic.Okay just realized. Instead of babycorn, they gave me chicken manchurian. Horrible.

If you’re a DoorDash driver or an Uber eats driver I highly recommend you never take an order from this place. They are slow and don’t make your order any type of priority. And they also alow many people in the in the waiting area with 0 social distancing. Odds are you will be the last person in the store before they even begin to make your order. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

We ordered Hyderabad tandoori Chicken. The picture on the menu doesnt match the product at all. The chicken was super dry. The meat was hard like stone and not editble at all. It felt like the chicken was frozen and was made in a hurry.

I ordered lunch box, though it was a slow service but the food was tasty. Around $8 for pre packed veg lunch box is enough for 1 person with average appetite.

We went on Saturday for lunch buffet around 2 and got table immediately. Being a vegetarian we liked all the appetizers, chutney, uthappam, naan, biryani, gravy varieties etc. Couple of the items even tasted too good for second serve. My only concern was the dessert. They had shahi tukda and custard. Shahi tukda was all soggy and looked unpleasant to taste. Custard was also not so great.In addition to the weekend buffet we have tried A le carte on weekday night few times. We like Okra fry, parota kurma and veg biryani and order those almost every time

Just tried it for the first time, great Curry dishes. The spice is the perfect amount and not overwhelming. The Nan bread is made fresh. I would recommend.

You have to know that when driver for uber, doordash, gb, ptm, wait for 25 minutes when u say 5 minutes you lose more than one customer. We dont make enough money from orders and we lose minimum hourly wage.

The only restaurant in all of east side that makes consistently good Biryanis. Most Indian restaurants here in Seattle area lack consistency which is frustrating. Namaste has been making consistently good Biryani for past few years. Their Biryani does not taste as authentic Hyderabadi dum biryani but it is pretty close. The other fancy pulao type biryanis (555, 65 etc) are also pretty good. Had to remove 1 star because their family pack quantity is very less.

I was a regular customer for Namaste India Redmond branch.. Recently I moved to Bothell and wanted to try The their Bothell branch.. But my experience is really bad... The person delivering the online orders was super rude... And they are heavily under stuffed.. sad part was just because I asked If my order is ready even after 20 minutes of my pick up time the delivery person literally threw the food packet once it is ready... NO ONE SHOULD BEHAVE LIKE THIS WITH A CUSTOMER...

This place makes really good food! I love eating here. Unfortunately, their online menu is very limited compared to the in-person menu, so I look forward to when were able to dine in-person again.

Ordered with amazon restaurants. The food was good. I ordered dum biryani and it looked good. It tasted a bit spicy but i liked it. I also ordered panner butter masala. Biryani was around 13 dollars. I will try their lunch buffet and update this review

This place is no-doubt our ‘favorite’ dine-in place.Menus on Weekend Lunch Buffett’s are great.Food is really tasty.So many options on the menu for both Veg and Non-veg.Server and staffs are very nice and courteous.Ambience is good.Price is reasonable and portions are big.We often have to take to-go after a full portions of meal.Would definitely recommend to friends and family.🙂Mutton dum biriyani (on weekends) is a must try.😋

I placed the order at 7:20 PM on a Friday evening. The time is 9:28 PM and the order is still being prepared. It’s more than 2 hours. I have lost my appetite. I will never order again.Update: after 2 hours and 10 minutes they canceled the order. All other restaurants are closed. Way to go Namasthe.

Terrible dessert, there are many other options for indian food, I suggest Fusion India Everett or Paradise Food India, across from Fusion.Dont bother going here, just a front for another business, food is not their priority.Total disappointment!

Taste is okay. When I compare to family packs given by other Indian restaurants, the size of family pack is so small and there is no sweet or appetizer given. Definitely not at all worth the money. I will never recommend.

Food is good but owner/worker not so friendly/nice.

Despite being only a few miles from home, I only discovered this place as a post-COVID delivery option.Have yet to have a bad dish, but particular favorites are the palak paneer and channa masala. Also a big fan of ordering a couple extra servings of Jeera rice to have other random leftovers with throughout the next week!

The food is consistently well prepared and yummy, staff members hands over excellent customer service. I love the cleanliness and ambience. Worth a try.

I havent had such a bad experience at a pickup order. So, i ordered at around 8pm for a 9pm pickup. A whole hour...The order was ready no doubt, but when i checked it in the car it was missing an item and one of the item was wrong, thank God i checked it before leaving.Wait another 20 minutes and they bring out the missing item but did not fix the incorrect item, and acted like they were doing me a favor. When i insisted, they want me to wait another 45 mins.Cancelled and took my money back. Never again i will order with them.I will be having Bella Pizza for dinner today.

I just got delivery via postmates, and it was freakin delicious. I highly recommend it.I got the chicken vindaloo, along with paneer tikka masala -to balance out the heat from the vindaloo. Also garlic naan.The chicken was super moist, tender, and fell apart at the fork. The heat from the vindaloo made me sweat (in a good way), and was spiced perfectly (not too hot -but not bland either).The paneer dish was creamy/velvety and exactly what I was fiending for. I think you probably have to get this dish to balance out the heat from the vindaloo.I havent had Indian food in months and this meal totally hit the spot. My meal was awesome, and I will order again.

I just had food delivered here from uber eats. I will NOT order from here again. After spending $45 on two orders of butter chicken and garlic Naan bread. First off both orders of chicken only contained 6 pieces of small chicken and a ton of sauce. To top that off the chicken is terribly dry. Second of all the amount of rice we got for 2 orders of butter chicken was barely enough for one. Im sorry but I get double this amount of food for the same price at other Indian restaurants. The sauce is way to tangy and doesnt taste at all like butter chicken sauce. I am beyond disappointed and will not purchase from here again. Save yourself your time and money and dont eat this over priced food.

One of the finest food that we ate. This place is way better than many other Indian restaurants in the Greater Seattle area. All the items are reasonably priced and these guys are maintaining quality of food. I definitely recommend people to try out this place.

Ordered a few items through grub hub take out to help the restaurant save on fees. Do NOT order here. Naan was old - I asked for it to be cut into 2 pieces I got 4-5 little pieces of naan that was cold and rubbery. My chicken was hard and not completely cooked. Will try another Indian place next time.

This is a very popular restaurant amongst Indian in Greater Seattle area. Food is good but a little bit spicy.The behaviour of the owner is nice. They serve order for party. They also have order pick up facility.

Small place, big flavors. Best Indian buffet in Seattle. Always some surprising dishes and differing menu changes. A lot of variety with something for everyone. These people take pride in their food. Would love to go for their regular dinner menu one day.

I asked specifically not to put Broccoli in my veg 555 biryani order but you guys did after saying it multiple times. This caused allergic reaction as we consumed it thinking there was no Broccoli in the food.I tried to call but you just denied and hung my call after listening. This is no unprofessional. Namasthe Indian restaurant has been a life saver since we moved to Bothell in October 2017. The food is amazing here. Try chats, grilled sandwiches, curries, Manchurian.

They do a buffet during lunch and in the evening there is no buffet, just normal dining. Their food is very good and the portions sizable as well. I especially love that they dont skimp on the naan.

Excellent place to have a meal, its a first Indianrestaurant around bothell which truly caters to its customers taste and they dont mind taking suggestions from the customers & improving their service. I am literally in front of the restaurant at 1:25 PM on Wednesday afternoon. They are open until 2:30pm. The open sign is lit as well as an open sign on the door. I entered the restaurant and was told they are closed and not serving anybody right now. I literally saw people eating. I am very confused if this is a business or a front.

Im from Hyderabad, India. Literally there are 1000s of Indian restaurants in every nook and cranny here in US, but 4 stars for a Indian restaurant outside India is most generous rating in my book.This is really a delightful experience. Good food, excellent service and reasonable price.
