Courier service charges is very costly.

Dtdc courier Mayapuri near Gandhi maidan and courier is fast service is available and staff is good and open time 10am morning and closed 6 pm evening daily.

Took the courier but did not deliver to the address and called for extra charges to deliver. I also called at Mayapuri branch very unpfofessional behaviour and also asked for details the receptionish hunged up without listening to my enquiry. Never ever use this servide frauds.

I was about to recieve my parcel in Tihu but because of some reason it was stuck in Bongaigaon. I tried contacting them but the only answer I get in return is -wrong number. And on top of it, the very next day when I tried tracking my parcel, they just simply said that the reciever requested a different delivery date. Wow these guys are so good in covering up their mistake and putting their blame on the reciever of the parcel. STOP USING THIS SERVICE, YOU WASTE YOUR TIME, YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY AND MOST IMPORTANT, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR PARCEL. See, simple theory hai, if you dont know how to take responsiblity, then PLEASE dont pit up your blame on the recievers and stop harrasing the. Cheapsters and loosers.

Refused to deliver each & every time. Worst courier ever. If your parcel get shipped with DTDC then you can consider it as your bad luck. On the day of delivery they will always call you to collect the parcel from their office. They will say that they dont recognize your address even if it is 1.1 km from their office.

DTDC bongaigaon, mg road never tries to deliver the items and asks its customers to collect the items from their office. This is happening from last 3 years with me. When I request the item to be delivered they simply tell the courier guy goes for delivery only once a week. Is this is how DTDC works???

Worst DTDC ever. They are least bothered to deliver item. On top of that, they are asking me to enquire from North Bongaigaon branch when I asked them to give me the contact number, they said they dont have the number of their own franchise. Disgusting service and unprofessional staffs.
