Rates are reasonable. Old school models. Not much varieties of shoe/ chappals.Sales team need to be updated and more cooperative.

This outlet doesnt have much variety and stocks. But they sell genuine products.

I do not wanna to give any rating to BATA even less than 0. A year before purchase shoe of Rs 1499/- in enticement of best product a d pure leather but within a year the sole got out a d the skin of the shoe not leather it is a kind of racksin material and it doffed and the broken folds are unbind. I am very disappointed a d dissatisfied of the name BATA. In my life I will not purchase any products from Bata it is best to buy the cheap products of less than Rs. 500 at least it does not list customers expectation.

Sells mans are cooperative, but the system if bars is too too boaring and pathetic. For exchange any item you must have the ph no along with you , which you entered at the time of purchasing. Its not user friendly. I may not go my own to change anything and send anybody representative. There should be some some other tracking mechanism. Why I must have to give phone no during purchasing. It must not be mandatory at all.
