Very inconsistent on pricing. One day prices are great then the next time way over the top. $20 for a used pair of tennis shoes? They were maybe 50 brand new. I have also had the cashier disagree with the price of an item and raise it. There are deals on occasion but definitely could be managed better

I would give 3.5 starts if it was an option. Service was good. However, the prices are just too high for a thrift store even though they have programs. When youre paying 17 dollars for a pair of jeans you might as well but new ones. Just my opinion though.

They have a ton of selection and fair prices. We came for a couple of Halloween items.

The store was crowded but very clean and the staff members were very refreshing. We found a lot of antique treasures and some new ones. I love that they actually have the books in separate sections so we know where we would like to look. I will definitely be going back again and again. They test all the electrics to make sure they work. Our cashier was really friendly and very easy to talk to and he made us laugh.

I found so many great deals on good quality and in good condition donations. Though, they are not always out in the open. Be prepared to stay a bit for the hunt. It can get quite busy and warm in there. Try different days to find your liking (I for one, dont think Ill do another Sat. The crowd can get overwhelming- especially in this heat!) Happy shopping‼🌼

I do not live close to either location. I enjoy the store, but the dressing rooms being closed is a deal breaker. I couldnt try on a pair of pants I purchased, when I got home I found out they didnt fit the way I wanted, so I returned them. They only offer in store credit, so I chose another pair of pants that I couldnt try on. Got home, same issue. I will not be doing this a third time. Open your dressing room, or change the return policy. I dont want in store credit for something I wont know I f I like untill I get home. Thats stupid.

Great selection and wonderful staff! Namely one sweet lady who noticed I had forgotten my change upon departing as the store was in the process and closing up for the day and even though the store had closed and locked the doors, she gladly let me in and immediately gave me my $10 change back. So glad that kind people still exist out there as that was all the money I had until payday and as the sweet clerk noted, gas prices just went up astronomically [implying how I would most definitely need that little bit of money knowing that everyone is struggling more than normal these days. Its reassuring to know that others are supportive of any ol flaky stranger like myself! ☺

This store was well laid out. Easy to see the items and very organized with sizes and selection. Ladies nice as well

The aisles were so crowded, the people were not very friendly, and then they were putting out all of their fall and Halloween stuff and they had them on open shelves and so I picked up quite a bit of it and then was later told very rudely that I could not purchase those until the first and so I returned the banter and said why is it out here then and why is it not covered? One of my worst experiences at Goodwill to date.

Some good items and decent prices, but it can be a bit messy inside and I wish they had days with prices reduced in some color of tags.

Went in tonight (keep in mind the doors were unlocked and I had no idea what time they closed) and had a couple pairs of boots in my hand to buy. The old lady working there came over to me said “ma’am! You need to leave! I made an announcement FIVE minutes ago!” I said “I wasn’t here five minutes ago.” She said “you’ll have to leave and come back tomorrow to buy those items!” I walked to the door, it was now locked. She let me out. I said “great customer service there!” She says “a great customer would have left when I announced that the store was closed!” I said “I wasn’t here when you made the announcement!” Awful awful awful!!!

I feel prices are to high for used clothing and other used items.I have been in this store and you see almost the same things are always there.Some employees are friendly and some are just bodies.The store is small and not enough room for people to get around. Thankyou.

It might just be me, but I never seem to find anything good there, of course we dont all have the same tastes which is why I recommend you to check it out. But in conclusion, not my favorite.

Of all the thrift stores around. I like goodwill better than all the rest. Why ?Because their stores have set prices on most everything in the store. For instance t-shirts are all $1.99 each. Kitchen appliances are all $6.99 each. Mens shoes all $5.99 each. Power tools all $6.99 each and so on throughout the store.Gotta love it !

I LOVE this store! I always find good stuff when I shop! And the staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the store taking extra precautions and closing the fitting rooms. Thank you for thinking of customer health and safety!

This is by far the worst Goodwill Ive been to. The manager was incredibly rude during our visit, to the point of harassment. While there, at least six people were without masks. The employees wore their masks, but had their noses exposed. The facility is dirty and in desperate need of cleaning. I watched the manager approach a woman and told her she needs to wear a mask, the woman walked away. The manager pursued and approached her again as if on a mission to lay the law down. The woman said something and the manager said you need anger management. Later the manager informed her that she was no longer welcome and that the store would trespass her.My issue is, if youre going to enforce so harshly, why not enforce equally with the other half of the store not wearing one. In addition, why are the employees not held accountable? Not wearing the mask over your nose is the same as not wearing a mask at all! Maybe managements priority should be to actually clean the place, enforce the policy equally and hold your employees accountable. Rather than the harassment of one particular woman and create a huge scene for all of your customers to see!Once a loyal shopper, now Ill never return.

I going to start saying that im a Goodwill lover customer service great like always, but I was kind of disappointed when I went yesterday. First because I was grabbing a bunch of clothes to try them on and for my surprise the fitting rooms were temporary close!! I mean I do understand all the things are going on right but YOUTH RANCH fitting rooms are open. I like to make sure that the clothes fits me the way I like, and not have to come back ,waste more gas to return the items.Secondly they are not sanitizing the shopping carts after using or at least put a bottle that way we can do it ourselves, just like YOUTH RACH does it. And last thing is that i dont think is fair that all jeans are the same price, all dresses are the same price, some has a hole or a tear and i dont think is ok to pay the same price for items that are in totally different conditions, I know they have to pay their employees and bills but if this is going to be for a while i dont think I will shop here for a while. At least please open the fitting rooms.

Theres enough variety for the the whole family. Clean atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. Prices are decent. Can also find some really great deals.

Whether youre a stay-at-hom-er or a get-back-to-work-er, the fact that this store is open, but the dressing rooms are closed due to COVID-19 tells you how amazingly stupid management is at Goodwill.

Aisha (?) the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful to me. There was a defect in an item and she lowered the price for me. BUT one of her employees, didn’t catch her name, took it from me and told me I couldn’t have it lowered because it was new. How rude. So I found the manager, and she helped me. The manager is extremely sweet. 5 our of 5 stars. Never been here before but will definitely be back. Thank you Aisha.

Typical Good Will store. Employees seem friendly of approached but dont volunteer to help. Some good buys if you figure. I found a framed, signed and numbered print for $5.00

I asked the manager to honor one of the employees promises and she simply said Im sorry we cant do that. After I insisted, she simply walked away from me which was really offensive. The employee there great people and always helpful tho. Its just the manager who doesnt care about her costumers at all.

Terrible customer service! An associate insulted me on my appearance and I asked to speak to supervisor. Her response was shes new. Shouldve walked out at that point. Decided to purchase what I came for. The cashier was very incompetent. I had to ask her to hand me my purchase and walk through step by step how to hand it to me. Not okay. Will never go back again.

I like this Goodwill. They dont have a huge selection but they often times have unused items. I was able to get four packs of pull ups for my nephew for $3.99. I found a used water bottle still full of water (see photo) which was both nasty and outright weird...They have new kids shoes and flip flops-- I would imagine a clearance from a wholeseller. Nice and friendly people.

Jade R was very rude I brought an item up to the register and me not knowing the correct price she wouldn’t honor the price the item had on it, I’ve liked going to this location but after this experience doubt I’ll be back, recommend visiting other goodwill locations

When you put the discounted clothes on one aisle on front of the other clothes they arent sized and makes it difficult to shop. It is so much more easier to shop when they arent separated.

I love thrift stores. That said, the Goodwill on Overland & Vinnel is awful. So disorganized, messy, chaotic & dirty. The clothes are mis-labeled, incorrectly sized and shoved on the racks. There is very little room on the racks to look, and even when youre looking in your size, you will find lots that doesnt belong there. They dont seem to have a concept of what goes where. Its disappointing.

People are nice there is a african american young lady that works there. Her name is Iisha she has the best customers service manners i have ever come across, i wish there where more people like her.

They always have good stuff here for second hand but, they also are pretty pricey. Some of the stuff here you can buy brand new at Wal-Mart or Dollar Tree. For those of you who like to stretch a dollar a long way.

Its an ok place to shop, organized, and somewhat cleaned up. Things are a bit pricey for the used stuff, but other than that it was a pleasant shop experience.

When it comes to second hand store this one is well managed and a good deal is always to be found.

⭐️⭐️⭐️Prices are a bit high on some categories but extremely reasonable on others.We mainly shop according to the Instagram sales. Which is exactly what we did today.The cashier rang up our purchase and wasn’t able to apply the 50% off women’s clothing. The manager came over and instructed the cashier to take all of our items out of the bags (2 big stuffed bags) and re ring them up.Once she finished she attempted to apply the discount again and it didn’t work. The manager came back over and stated that the discount was on there because she remembered the total from the previous attempt and this new total was lower. Unsure if this was true or not, we never received a total the first time 😳🤯So we paid because seriously we just wanted to leave. We’d been trying to checkout for 25mins.The receipt reflects no discount. This means the manager lied. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻We went to the Meridian Goodwill shortly thereafter and received the discount to what we bought from there.
