Beautiful monestry belongs to Bhutan, I think. Cool place and a religious study place for Buddhists. Anyone can go inside. The inner hall is nicely decorated with Budha is siting in Dyana mudra. Many siting tables are arranged for religious study and discussion.

Started in 99/2000 finished 2006, is primarily a school for kids from the Himalayan regions up to grade 6, about 100 or so students. In the Lineage of H.H the Karmapa & Venerable Mingyur Rinpoche. I saw one night some of the novices during meditation, and it was not a a great example of self control, needless to say the Head of the Lineage Karmapa himself is embroiled in a scandal also.

The most impressive of Bodhgayas Tibetan-style monasteries is the Tergar Monastery of the Karmapa school of Tibetan Buddhism. The Karmapa is often in residence here and gives teachings in the compound next door. Theres a small café on-site.
