Worst experience .....I dont know how monginis is giving franchises to such illiterate fellow who dont know how to talk with people specially the guy with dusky black colour.I am requesting monginis to educate his franchise to behave properly.

Hygenic and clean. Pastries were dense chocolaty and satisfying.

Ive tried red velvet, butterscotch, white forest, pineapple, chocolate and fruit of the forest cake. I liked the fruit of the forest one the most and didnt like the others. The butterscotch one has a medicinal smell, I dont know why. The pineapple cake was kind of okay. Their cakes are dry and hard sometimes. They once cheated me with the white forest cake which I had pre ordered for my parents anniversary, (I went to the store on the eve and paid the advance and told them to make me a soft and fresh cake), but to my horror, it was stale and smelling disgusting, couldnt be consumed. I was really angry and didnt trust them afterwards. But people say their cakes are good. For me personally, Id rather choose Cream and Spicy or Paris bakery over this bakery because Monginis doesnt provide cakes worth the money. Now, theyve increased the prices but not the quality.

Disgusting staff, no discipline on how to behave. Also, they charge you for the candles as well which is supposed to be complimentary at least.

A good bakery shop for all special occasion cakes and some quick bites like cup cakes, sandwiches, tuffles. Quality of cakes available ready to take are better than pre-ordered cakes.

Shouldnt even rate it. Its disgusting that they gave me a stale bakery. Got a vanilla pastry, it tasted like a spoiled jujube or something, had froth like apperance in its layer. If you people are solely driven by making money, I would suggest people not to opt this monginis. Its a disgrace that you people are selling spoiled bakeries and doesnt even care about the health of children or people. Almost vomitted when I took a bite. Angry and Disappointed by the service👎👎. Unfortunately couldnt take picture, Discarded the pastry immediately.

Alpine Rock star cake is really owesome and Nupur cake shop lewis road staff is good.

It was a pathetic experience dealing with Nupur cakes, it makes me feel the Monginis brand is in wrong hands. They are completely unprofessionally, dont take calls and dont deliver as per timelines. Store manager was very argumentative and customer handling was very poor.No Doubt about the quality of cake monginis gives is best in the industry but they have to adopt the professionalism in this business which they are lacking.
