CHECK-IN half an hour..CHECK-OUT half an hour(please mind..its when they say bill is ready).Good food (well u ought to find it good anyways as they deliver it after 1 hour or order.. after making a commitment of room service in 15min).They show u one room..get u checkin in another damped room !Cherry on the cake - You ask for the feedback form , they smilingly inform - They dont have feedback form. Rest,they are at your service. Good luck to them.

We booked two rooms ( room no. 117,118 on 1st floor ) for mine and my husbands makeup for our wedding.On the day, we were roaming around the lobby and waited for more then 1.5-2 hours in the morning, coz the rooms which we selected got somehow booked by someone else and the management guy gave me keys to a different room (room no 126) in which lighting was so dim,my makeup artist faced issues while doing the makeup.Secondly the hall room on 1st floor was poorly ventilated, AC was not that chill.. every one was sweating there..also in the ground floor hall room where food was served to my guest, ac was not working only.. I wonder how come this hotel has got 4stars! And this is not one time I have talked to other people also they said hotel excellency is not that good ..wish I had done more research before finalising this venue for my wedding.it was a big mistake.

Its a beautiful property situated in master canteen, Bhubaneswar. The staffs are cooperative and very clean space with well ambiance. Food tastes even better in such good places.

Do not ever vist this hotel before 11 AM if you have booked online.I visited about 3 hours earlier and i asked for the extra rental price. The man on the counter said it would cost 1700 Rupees extra. I Booked the hotel for about 3000 Rupees and they are costing 1700 extra just for 3 hours.I advice you to never visit this place before booking time otherwise it would be like a waste of money for you.

Good hotel excellent service and the wifi speed is really good provided by the hotel. Hotel is good, but the behaviour of staff is not up to the level. The male receptionist behaves like a big gun in town. Being in the service industry the behaviour should be polite enough.The receptionist was very rude and behaves us like road side cheap people. Overall mood was destroyed because of the conversation with him.

Delicious food, polite staff, reasonable charges.Excellent experience in excellency resorts.I would suggest, instead of complimentary 1000ml. of water, they should provide free drinking RO water without limit.

I had a great time staying in this hotel. The rooms were spacious, subtle and super clean. The staff was courteous. I even loved their breakfast which was complementary. The food is delicious. We tried different dishes from variety of menu available. Location wise its convenient too. Price wise people may find it little expensive but you can check for some deals on lot of travel booking portals.

The organisations I work with have been using this facility for meetings and workshops. Its quite okay for that purpose. Well located walking distance from the station and a busy market area. It has a decent menu and theres a reasonably stocked bar.

This hotel is situated in prime location very close to Railway station and Bus depot. I think fare is over priced when it comes to facilities or amenities. Staffs need to be a little polished and interactive, rest all seems good to me.

It was a great place I visited. I visited this place for a meeting purpose. Excellent hotel for both stay and meetings. Actually due to meeting was held there no check-in or chek-out was required. Both breakfast tiffin and Lunch was prepared there. No other option in quality of food. I really appreciate the management too for the arrangements and attentions to everyone. Every required assets were present there. Staffs are good and well behaved. No single objection in their services. Parking for both normal vehicles and wheel chair is available. Entrance also available for wheel chair. Well designed hotel with lots of arts attached to wall. I am attaching images where you can judge the quality of the hotel.

Food was also great.. but during checkout that receptionist was arguing for giving a bill.. it was like if I am paying to Goibibo and not to hotel .. pls upgrade urself and dont do arguments with Ur customers for silly things .. see the world and where you are .. anyways it was my experience

Firstly, there is a confusion between Hotel Excellency and Excellency Resorts Pvt Ltd. GMaps, Uber/Ola take you to the right destination when one searches for Excellency Resorts Pvt Ltd.The hotel is located besides Bhubaneswar railway station + the bus stand. Still there is no hullabaloo.The ambience is great on the outside as well as moderately good inside. Rooms are cozy.I had the opportunity to have a dinner and complimentary breakfast. Food is good.Staff are courteous but sometimes overindulge.The only issues I had was with their unsecured WiFi. I could identify 2 malicious links just because I use a strong AV. This is a suggestion to the hotel management to look into this matter and rectify the same. If you are using Jio, please note that network is scratchy. Therefore, you may be tempted to use the complimentary WiFi. Suggest you to go out and do your work.

BEST PART IS ITS LOCATION. YOU COME OUT OF PLATFORM NO.1, TAKE LEFT TURN AND THE HOTEL IS LOCATED AT AROUND 150 METERS. ROOM LIGHTING NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED. ROOM LIGHTING IS INADEQUATE TO DO ANY PAPERWORK OR READ NEWSPAPER. DURING MY STAY THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM WITH TV CONNECTION. EVERY FIVE MINUTES THERE WAS NO SIGNAL FOR TWO TO THREE MINUTES. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WAS SMOOTH.

Loved my stay during visit to Bhubaneswar for a Conference. My friends loved it too. In heart ❤️of the City adjacent to Bhubaneswar Railway Station. Airport is also at 10/15 min distance. Recommend it.

Good location and clean rooms. Check in took 1 hr, even though we arrived at 15:00. We had booked two rooms but were first given one and promised the second one in 10 minutes. Since I got no call from the reception after 20 mins, I call them up and they offer the second room. Apparently the gave us one premium room and the other standard. The location is good if you are a solo make business traveler, and I saw mostly business travelers in this hotel. The road leading to the hotel is dark and can make you feel slightly insecure. There is also ongoing construction and hence the exterior look of the hotel is not appealing right now. We did not try the restaurant but seems like a popular place for business gatherings, going by the event list they put out everyday.

Infrastructure wise the hotel is good and very conveniently located from the station.On seeing the hotel ones first impression would be wow, hope to have a pleasant stay.That is when reality strucks you a blow. Check in time is 15 min, person manning the counter is irritated, throwing files to express frustration. No one assisted me to my room. I had to search for it myself.The second breath of fresh air once you enter the room. Its big, spacious and makes you feel comfortable.But again quality of staff is pathetic. Complementary coffee pouches were not replenished the following day.Check out was even worse. You submit the keys and wonder what will happen next. They dont communicate but chit chat within themselves. SadIn short, hardware is great. Software is shabby.

Nice hotel

Hotel Excellency is a great accomodation very close to the Bhubaneswar Railway station. Rooms are spacious and there are good facilities. Excellent conference rooms are there. Washing machine, ironing facilities are also available. Food could be a little more updated. The airport is also very close and the hotel Excellency is therefore s better location for the travellors.

Hotel room is OK. Bar charges more than it deserves.No outside drink permissible in hotel room.If ur guest r coming with u cant enteratain them. My suggestion dont go to this hotel.Owner is a wine/whiskey retailer and doing Monopoly.U have better option near rly station.Arya palace and Royal midtown.

Superb facilities i think it world best airport

In terms of problematic, unhygienic food, there was a family style diner near Broadhead, Wisconsin. Sometimes you kind of suspect a place might be bad, but group pressure gives in and you compromise on a place. This was that situation, giving in to my grandparents. I had a hamburger, well done, because I thought that was the food item least likely to give me food poisoning. It turned out to be a good choice. Almost everyone else in my party or food that was near rancid or came down with food poisoning later. It was one of those know the people through I believe church so no one said a word. I boggled at the number of happy customers there given food that was obviously gone bad, including the chicken.In terms of service, VIPS in Vaguada takes it for multiple meals.   There was one occasion where they took our order and then forgot the meals for half the table. When reminded, they said theyd get them, got one and forgot the second. There was the time I ordered an items, and sent it back two times and they could not get it right. It was an issue of put more meat on it: this was not a cheese sandwich. That was the issue. It just could not get done, and I gave up. There was a third incident again with taking forever and not getting everyones food. How hard is that? Apparently, incredibly difficult. And it shows up clearly that service is an issue when you read the reviews on Foursquare. It is located in a mall though so it stays open with lots of people like me who know it is bad but forget and stupidly come back.

This is a very good hotel nearby of Bhubaneswar railway station. It is having laundry service , good restaurants and parking space. Rooms are very good staff are curtious. They have a issue in early check-in and some time charge higher. But Overall a good hotel.

Not a best fine dining but good

Excellency hotel is located city centre and very close to the railway station. Front office staff are well trained and helpful. Rooms are bit closure so noise from other rooms and corridor is bit disturbing. Spread at breakfast is not much encouraging. Overall stay is okay.

I really had a very bad experience here in the hotel Excellency. Nothing was managers properly starting from the functioning of AC, resource management by the staff to cleanliness (I can quote anything and everything).Inspite of booking the rooms earlier and informing the management about the arrival well in advance, I was made to wait for more than half an hour to allocate a room.I would not go to this hotel again in my lifetime.
