Extraordinarily incompetent branch, and now you can add ignorance to that. For any single banking task there you have to answer many questions from them on why you couldnt do it for yourself using iMobile app (which itself is useless half the time) ! Each time the way they address your task, you get a clear feel you are not welcome there. Add to that unending nagging to enroll into their investment schemes, which is the only thing I think they do sincerely ! One of my colleagues had to change his number to avoid their calls once.
Very bad service. Whenever you ask them something they tell to get in contact with customer care.Never ever they solve the query.
