No response in emergency. Team will teach you full zoology and charge money even though they dont find snake. Only fashion and show up only. Better it should be closed.

Immediate Response. Though snake crawled away from house but the snake catcher man bought Carbolic Acid and kept it around the corners of our house as a precautionary measure. He assured us that he is just one call away. Keep it up.

Life saving and very brave people ......doing a great job preserving life of the snake as well as of people.Their work should be promoted both by the govt. and people ......commendable job really !

It is not a volunteer organization. They will charge you anything. If they don’t catch still they will charge transportation. If they catch then more money. In my house they spent around 2 minutes, didn’t find the snake. Then left. They took only 3 minutes to reach my home in a byke, after receiving my call. That means they were at close distance from my home, when I called them. Anyway, since they asked for payment, I paid them Rs. 50. But more sad part is, after 1 hour I found the snake in the same room that they have visited. Finally I got someone to catch it again. They actually didn’t search properly. This is a money making organization.

It was such a pathetic experience.. the person who came for help was Purna Chandra and his behavior was so bad .. we called him to catch the snake by the time he reached the snake had gone out of the house but was there inside the boundary, we thought he must be having some chemical to catch hold the snake so we asked him politely that can it be trapped being inside the boundary and he started shouting at us saying he is doing a social service n no one can talk to him like this and he was of no help but he took rs.100 for just coming home n scolding n misbehaving us.. if it is social service then why the hell are your charging money.. and we dont mind paying money but at least behave properly and if you are not well equipped to catch hold the snake then better close this volunteer organization..Its actually good for nothing..
