I have just completed a family tour to Pattaya & Bangkok through Sand Pebbles. The staff are very co-operative. The tour was well organized. Though at initial stage there was some small issue, I am very happy on their prompt action to resolve any issue all the time. They made a Whats app group with all persons concerned. This was very helpful to raise any concern. Anyway the tour was well organized. I enjoyed with my family.

We hired a taxi from sandpebbles after reading rave reviews and we were quite happy that we used their service. They gave us a brand new vehicle with an amazing driver, Chitta, who knew the areas well and was very helpful and cheerful all the time. It was really pleasure of touring with Sand Pebble :I had book Cab for roaming around Odissa for a week along with my wife. The Sales Executive was constantly in touch with us prior to arrival and feedback every queries with atmost patience. Once the Cab Driver Manoj took me to the Hotel, since the arrival time was fixed. He was also in touch with me during complete trip he was not only driving but also taking proper care of both of us. We have visited Puri and Bhubaneswar on a trip arranged by Sand Pebbles Tours. They know the local area very well and prepared the right itinerary for us after having initial e-mail communication. I am glad that we chose Sand Pebbles. What I liked most is their attention to every detail to make our trip pleasant. We were a party of three and there were three water bottles in the car for us (kept as cold as possible in a car during late February days in Odisha). There was umbrella in the car in case the visitor needs one.Mr. Satya from Sand Pebbles (instead of calling him our driver, I would like mention him as the Sand Pebble representative who accompanied us during our Odisha visit) was very punctual, polite, informative and professional.As I mentioned before, our itinerary allowed us to visit all the places we want at our pace. I was looking for a good place in India for a family year end outing and decided to go to Odisha. OTDC run tours were the first recommendation, but then i stumbled upon sandpebbles. I casually contacted them on whatsapp and i got such a quick response. They are actually available for you 24x7. I was very impressed. We are a family of 4 including our parents who are senior citizens plus an infant. So i wanted an unhurried, calm tour yet cover most places since the architecture of odisha temples was something iv longed to explore. Another highlight of the tour was it was entirely customized. Our time, our iterinary. No compulsions, only suggestions. After 2 drafts, we agreed on a well planned iterinary and my tour was booked. On the eve of my departure my chauffeur details were intimated. My flight timings were taken care of (package didnt include flight charges) and our 4 day stay in odisha was a breeze. We loved,loved, loved the city and its temples and the people and the beaches and its culture. Bhubaneshwar, puri, konark and all places enroute or in vicinity were covered. I had purposefully omitted Chilika lake out of the schedule because I wanted more time to study temple architecture. There was not one boring minute in the entire trip. The hotels were very good. Service was courteous. Food was yummy. Local cuisine was exciting and finger licking. And the cities themselves were so clean and the tourist spots so well maintained. Heartfelt thanks to our chauffeur Pradhyumna and tour coordinator Rina for all the care and attention to even the smallest details ensuring such a wonderful and smooth trip. The biggest plus was how economical the package turned out to be. My friends and family were surprised whenever they heard package amount. Ialongwiyh my wife booked 3 days and 2 nights trip through sand and pabbles.At the outset they did not demand 100%tour cost.The car with driver was very clean,driver was well behaved.The co ordination with hotels was excellent.The person at hotel counter was aware of our arrival. Drivers are rude and not briefed. The cars are not cleaned and not maintained. In a recent visit to bhubeneshwar, the car developed a problem and the firm refused to change the car. I had to spend money to hire another car and complete the journey. Avoid

I am 62years and my wife is 58years residing at Hyderabad want to visit Puri and Konark and Bhubaneswar and nearby places. After searching in google i found Sand pebbles Tour N Travels (I) Pvt Ltd and contacted Shri Alok ji and Shri Dhiren ji over phone and explained our requirement. They responded very positively and arranged a car to pickup from Bhubaneswar Air port on 06/08/2018. Sri Dhiren ji received us very affectionately, he and Rena Sabooji prepared tour programme for 6/8/2018 to 10/8/2018 for Puri, Konark, Jajpur (Girja devi 11th Shakti Peeth which we dont know), Chilka lake at Satapada, famous beach places and Bhubaneswar & nearby places with accomodation at Puri for 2nights, Bhubaneswar 2nights with Breakfast. The cardriver is well experienced and having good knowledge of historical importance of places, he arranged very good guides who can explain in Hindi because we dont know orissa language. Since we are senior citizens Rina Saboo has taken maximum care by contacting us inquiring about the trip and arrangements twise in a day which is highly appreciable. Our trip is very good and the arrangements made for Stay is very good service provide by the tour operator is highly appreciable. My self and my wife felt very happy with arrangements made in the entire trip for which we are greatful and thankful to the tour operator and their staff.

I had a wonderful trip to Bhubaneshwar, Dhauli Shanti Stupa, Pipili Village, Konark, Puri and Chilika lake. Right from the word go, I had Ms Rina from Sand Pebbles assisting me with my travel plans including hotel bookings. My stay in Bhubaneshwar (Hotel Sapphire Plaza) and Puri (Hotel Pride Ananya) was comfortable. I was provided with a well maintained car and a helpful driver, Mr Satya. The driver also took us to a nice shop selling genuine Odissi fabric and also to a well known sweet shop.During the entire trip of 2 days, never did I or my family experience an unpleasant situation; this was due to the wonderful service provided by Sand Pebbles.I would definitely recommend Sand Pebbles for a hassle free and enjoyable trip in Odisha.
