A genuine consultancy would never demand money from candidate because they get commission from client company for successfully providing right candidate. its sad to see in Bhubaneswar such companies are blooming day by day. Its more sad that being educated and well aware we still fall prey to such people and loose our hard earned money. they are running successfully becoz we think as an individual we cannot do anything. we think better save us and leave that place. First I get registered, within a Month interview was scheduled to me(Late during COVID time). I was not selected in the first two interviews and clicked on the Third one. Between this they updated me through Mobile phone. Finally as I was selected in the third interview and have been working as Relationship Executive since 3 Months, placed by Osworld technology. I knows very well which one is negative/positive review. The truth is that the people like self entitled, spoiled and had no accountability will post such false and negative reviews for any company. Also it is common to point fingers and place blame when they dont succeed. Its in their nature. Because of sites like this used mostly by disgruntled employees and people who are paid to write negative reviews. As, employer feels trapped. At other side there are plenty of people who have had great experiences with Osworld technology but do not post reviews because they are busy in working and moving their careers forward. So, unless and until experiencing yourself do not go/believe in any of the rumors/reviews.

They will promise you to get you your dream job instead they only know how to loot money. I have contacted some of the candidates and trust me they all have been cheated. Recently they have sent few candidates to Annapurna microfinance pvt ltd, while sending they told not to mention there name to the interviewers as it may destroy there image. I have one question if they are not referring then how come they are asking for Rs. 1000 as registration fees not only that if you get selected then you have pay 80% of your salary. Trust me there is no reference because the companies where they are sending do not know about osworld.Guys please do not waste your money rather search in naukri and attend walkins.From the registration date till today they have called only once and that to for already known walkin at Annapurna microfinance.Please do not submit your certificates because this is not happening anymore.The HR manager and the recruiters are all under trained. This is a very good consultant organization in Odisha, I have resistered and now within 20 days I got 3 interview adress and now continuing too.After resistering they will give several interviews and you can placed in the organization on you interest and qualifications.I dont know about the bad reviews before, but after my resignation I am getting interviewes.The only cons of the organization is they asking for money after got selection, but as reality there in office employees are working and for them salaries need.I dont know, that may be they demanding money to the recruiter too.
