Lets 1st talk about college. Oec is inferior college in Odisha. Not a single class have been conducted. Teachers are always doing strikes even during exam time. No infrastructure no placement.And about head office hahaha.... If u clear all dues still they will tell you that your all dues are panding. Somehow if students lost their receipt then they will tell you that you have not given any fees please clear your dues. BAHOT KHARB CONDITION HAI COLLEGE KA.
