I had purchased a 3BHK flat into Prestige Apartment recently and done the interior.On time they had given the possession and value for money.Overall Happy.And happy to know there are still good builder are exiting in BBSR.

Starting with my experience - I am a buyer from this fraud agency since 2013.Now its been 7 years long since I didnt able to get my mutation. Last year they promised me to give it but they failed as usually. So my experience with company is bitter. Please I repeat please dont waste your valuable hard working money for this fraud company. The employees behaviour is life they are ur all n all. The dont even ask u to sit.

They are cheats. You may never get physical possession of the plots which you buy from them.

Its a froud company. They will take money for a project and will not handover the land. Also if you ask for refund, they provide a cheque which will definitely bounce. I had experienced the same. My recommendation do not deal with them.

Dear All my funds, I would like to let you know that we have booked 3 plots under one of their schemes6yrs back in . We have paid all installments along with Registration charges 2yrs back but plot has not assigned to us till now. WHENEVER WE CALL THEM & visited their office , they were assuring us to complete registration within 10-15days but last 2yrs they did not doing anything.We research following up with them every month but result is nothing. Can u please suggest what actions need to be take. Citizen staff along with MD is failure on their commitment last 2 yrs.Dont trust this company for any scheme which will show profitable. They are in market to cheat the people.

All positive reviews here are from the employees themselves. I booked 2 plots in 2007, for their Rudrapur phase 1 project. My father has been running to their office since last 12yrs, they give checks that bounce and make lots of false promises. All are fraudsters here, they live off customer money. Total scam company. If you have money go for legal cases.

These are the scamsters playing with your money. They take your hard earned money , live off the interest that they get from it and hang on to that forever as if their forefathers had kept it for them. When you follow up for the plot or apartments, they treat you as if you are begging for help. The main con (owners) have been in and out of jail several times. But I wish the government seizes their assets and blacklists them as soon as possible. Mind you , all the reviews with 4 0r 5 are probably posted by their employees or handles . And their employees are born or trained thickos(stupid in general) . Please avoid these loons , if you want to buy a land , reach out to the owners directly, there are many private owners in bbsr and nearby areas.
