Very Very poor Drainage system in the smart City Bhubaneswar ... Where the 5t and Mo Sarkar going?

Very bad in digital service because IAM online registration covid vaccine in one month before and daily search schedule not show any vaccine available.

There are 10- 12 nos of dengue patients in 2nd street of unit iii but in spite of complain at health office no spray is done.

Good for nothing. The lazy and greedy officials should be kicked out. Only busy in collecting parking fees and holding tax which is out of their aukat and more than other bigger cities.

Not crowded &cleaned atmosphere.

Very bad experience.... Not at all professional ....intentionally they are delaying in delivering their duties... Its may be a bitter truth they are actually taking bribe to get the work done

For depositong holding tax , took me four months. Concerned clerk seldom came to office because allegedly he was given some other wprk.Second, trying to convince BMC functionaries in charge of city street lights that switch on & switch off timings should different for the summer period commencing w.e.f mid-February till November. Evening comes late & day dawns early. For this period, street lights may come on at 6pm go at 5.30 am.From December to February, it should 5 pm and 6am in the morning. Because Sun rises in January at 6.15 am.At present some brainless fellow has programmed it such a way that lights come at 4.45 pm and go at 4.45 am when it is pitch dark. My one year effort has not served the purpose.Responsiveness is the essence of Citizen-centric governance. More so when the request is made by a senior citizen in the public interest, not for his private gain.

Have visited our BMC four times,from Monday to Thursday,once on each day till Thursday to pay current Holding Tax.This senior citizen with ortho problem could not pay. THE BMC TAX COLLECTOR FOR WARD KOLATHIA MAY PL BE INSTRUCTED TO VISIT KOLATHIA ON 15.02.2020 WITH PRIOR ANNOUNCEMENT.We are responsible senior citizens of Kolathia.Pl help and honour this SOS.

Gave complaint about increasing no of stray dog at my locality in saheed Nagar back 3 years,but till now no action is taken.near my house is a slum.one of the person in slum is keeping 10 stray dogs.they have attacked many peoples.but still dog squad is not catching them.

As usual Government officials and premises, all the information are in Odia, perhaps non odia people are not welcomed in Bhubaneswar.If every state starts writing in own regional languages, we will be in trouble.Why dont they add English or Hindi.Had posted photos of Almirah thrown outside, uniral system not maintained, no water. All these are serious concerns.

Worst management of BMC.A bunch of crooks are managing every thing and the commissioner is Silent Spectator.I had gone five times to the ward office of Saheednagar to pay the property/holding tax but failed .Some time the office was closed or I was advised not to pay as a new revised rate was to come.Then why the Commissioner is tweeting to pay the holding tax before 31st August,2020 to avail rebate?

As usual poor response to tickets or complaints.

BMC main branch doesnt have the simplest common sense to put up a notice that the collection of holding tax has been changed. The inefficient lazy officials are unable to say the proper address of the zonal office with landmark. Pathetic service. The online payment of holding tax is also not operational. Just wondering what the bunch of IAS officers are doing.

Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation is the administrative office for implementation of civic issues of Bhubaneswar citizens.BMC is having 3 zonal offices for administration of its 67 wards. There are ward officers and Sanitary Inspectors for execution of ward level work. Community Organisers are also engaged for ward development works.

Today I visited Eko imaging centre at Kalyani Market. Located almost in the heart of beautiful city. Beside is government firm Electricity Regulatory office (unfortunately board is missing). From the stairs of the pathological clinic it only litter both sides and all over. So, many establishments around. It was a sad sight. May I request to do the needful. I checked with the watchman and seems the area is never cleaned.

Its a nice city of our Odisha which is come as no.1 in smart city ranking of India.This city is a very clean & discipline......

Dear sirSince last 6 months,Multiple times we have requested to Mayor..deputy commissioner and corporator to sanction for a small patch of permanent road just backside of utkalia(ward 40) but to no avail..plz visit and see the condition and know the ground reality.. No dustbins no lights no slabs over drains.. and a defunct public toilet. This is happening in the heart of our smart city.plz wake up.
