Bhubaneswar ola service is the worst service , specially in airport.Those drivers are not ready to take any ride unless u pay them extra 150 -200 rupees , Which is same the ola price .No volunteers in airport to manage ..very pathetic service . Drivers are very unprofessional , even local auto drivers are so good . When you are coming to Bhubaneswar , Please dont check for ola, better to take local taxi or something .

I booked an ola cab for my old age handicapped parents. A car driver of an ola his name is Sidharth bisoi,car registration no is OD 02 AM 6047, CHEVROLET SAIL. That car driver refused to take my old age handicapped parents & showed bad behaviour & was arguing very badly & was showing very bad behaviour to my parents.very bad services.

I booked ola and on screen it showed driver reached to pick up point.i waited for long as most of the time ola app shows 7 min but driver cud reach 3min so i was standing at my pik up point and on app it showed he reached and moving here n der . I tried to find him but no use so i cancel it as i was getting late .But ds stupid app and driver i am charge 50 xtra as cancelation charge.Y shud i pay 50 xtra whn it wasnt my fault.
