Food quality is great but quantity is really very less. Otherwise stuffs are well behaved and helpful. Restaurants ambience is good.

We had to meet for personal matters here but the person didnt show up so we end up minimising our lunch . Only had shop. Very nice soup. Could take the pics but it it was lentil based and we asked to add some chicken to it.

Well maintained and very courteous staff... they pamper you so much that you get addicted to it and never want to leave the place. Hotel ambiance is astounding ... food doesnt hit the spot...for some dishes at least.. overall.. the best hotel to stay and experience...

One of the worst restaurants I ever had been. Was there with a colleague few days ago with kids. Both quality and quantity of food didn’t justify its price tag. It took longer time than expected, for the food to be served. The staffs were slow in everything (serving water, bringing the bill or anything).Trident Management should visit other Star Hotels in and around Bhubaneswar and learn some tips on Customer Satisfaction, Hospitality,etc.Would definitely not recommend anybody ever.

Service in restaurant such prestigious hotel was pathetic. Quantity of food was not justified at all. The Trident need to look into the restaurant services and food quantities. This is the reason we decided not to stay again in The Trident.

The staff is excellent - unobtrusively efficient and allows you to relax and enjoy the buffet breakfast. Some more non-veg items would have been good. I stayed at the property Trident Hotel and found it good for business visits. Loved the open ground floor plan of the lobby. Old world charm and modern maintenance of this two storeyed old property works well. Rooms are all on the ground floor. Enjoyed not using a lift for a change.

The place is excellent and cosy. We ordered non-veg items like prawn, mutton and other veg items, which was tasty and good. The service was excellent and prompt. Service boys and their managers were very friendly. We emensely enjoyed the food. Good place overall.

The ambience, the service are second to none. The food isnt of the quality as you would normally expect after paying such an exorbitant amount. You always have better options even in fine dining segment in the city.

Food is excellent. Nothing less can be expected I guess. However I would advice dont go late after 10.30 at night. They missed the order and then after an hour they inform that food was not made because of error in KOT printer. Even during the hour, we kept asking about the food and they said its getting ready or its ready. This is the primary reason I am rating it 3 stars. This cannot be expected with whatever brand that carries Oberoi heritage/name.

Amazing hotel, but I dont know what has happened to the service. Lunch took us 2 hours. This detoriation has been there for more than a year or so. Very disappointed since its such an iconic hotel.

The food was good, but the service was slow.

Food isnt upto the standard. And serving time is very long. You better have an amusement plan else you will be bored to death just by waiting for the food to arrive.
