Loved the ambience and the food was pretty great actually. Not much variety for vegetarians. But whatever is there, tastes really good. Well they took an insane amount of time to serve main course after starter. One star less for that.

It was a very short stay, but I really appreciate that they keep checking with you at meal times, to make sure that you eat in proper timing. My mind was very preoccupied, but the staff made sure that we didnt miss any meals -- and they even had a hot breakfast to go waiting for me as I had an early flight out the next morning. Super clean. If youre a world traveller, this place feels a lot like the nicer hotels in Bangkok... But Id have to say that the conscientious care given to guests here is far superior to what Ive experienced in Thailand.The front desk helped me print out my fight info, and also helped me get a car to the airport. The room was beautiful. There were enough outlets that I was able to charge my phone and my childs tablet - and her tablet has an American charger.Bottom line: amazing staff, wonderful food, super clean surroundings and beautiful rooms.

Please dont choose...Over Priced, AC is not working well, DTH not working, complain not responded timely, rooms need to be upgraded, TV needs to be replaced, etc....

Nice place for Banquet hall booking for weddings and birthday parties

One night stay. One of the better hotels in Bhubaneswar. Room was good. Quality is maintained. Altho the price of 4,000 per night (early 2021) seemed a bit steep for the hotel and city. The food was of surprising good quality. There may be better options available if one makes the effort.

Good hotel with decent rooms, located near a shopping mall , which houses eating joints like KFC

The ambience is quite good on normal days. But it becomes vibrant on occasions of some festivals. The staffs are really cooperative and kind. The hotel services are up to the mark. Talking about the food,it has a number of cuisines which one can relish. This place is quite cozy and also good for couples and families who need their own time and space.

A hypermarket with all facilities on board and organised much with regards to social distancing norms and protocols.Recommended for toys, apparels, suit and all stuff for all age group shopping.

Been to 2 restaurants in here - Breeze and Zaika. Food is quite good. The service can be faster. The team is, otherwise, polite and amiable.

While the hotel is good on the outside, the staff is simply incompetent. There was no hot water in the showers and the staff finally admitted that their heating system had failed. Until then they kept telling me that there was no problem.Even after checking out they confused me with some other guest and kept bothering me days after I checked out.

This place needs some serious upgrade. The staff and people working in hotel are really very good. The place lacks proper parking facility during weddings. This interior of the hotel is very good. I taste of food is average. The hotel room are quite comfortable. But this is not the best value for money option in the city.

Its overally a average place for banquet halls and its management is also avarage... But u need a event manager before ur event otherwise u will be looted but u get nothing

We went for a celebration in the banquet hall. The entrance is quite obscure. Decor and ambience is decent. Staff were helpful. Food was not upto the mark. Specially vegetarian food. Soup was lacking flavour. Rotis were hard. Oriental food selection was ok. Indian food left a lot to be desired. Dessert also was not very good. All in all 3 stars

One of the Best Hotels in Bhubaneswar. I have been a regular since 2014, and was never disappointed. The service is quick , Breakfast layout is amazing, the staff is gracious. Rooms are spacious, with good amenities. The checkin is quick and efficient, i never had to wait anytime over 5 minutes. Room Services is good and quick, housekeeping is efficient. Restaurant food is good and the SPA is great.Special mention to Ms. Suman and Ms. Gunita who I have been interacting for bookings and service. Both have always helped in making the stay comfortable. I alway recommend Pal Heights to all my acquaintance traveling to Bhubaneswar.Keep up the good work..

We were 5 of us and booked ,3 rooms for 2 nights. We got a good deal on make my tripGood things:1. Break fast.....lots of stuff, cakes, muffin, dosa, idli, uttapam, corn flakes, cutlets, poori etc etcParathaCheck your weight after break fast !!!2. Location....small mall is connected to hotel...Sudershan crafts Village is next door ...do check out the sculptures....mind boggling...saw a wood carving of lord Krishna rath for 1.5 crore3. Liked their complimentary drinks at dusk..nice of them ..4. Bathsroom is nicely renovated5. All their staff is very politeHotel is littte old and shows signs ..well we got a good deal so didint mind it, dont mind staying again.Cheers

It is centrally located so was very easy to find l, just near Jayadev Vihar Square besides Pal Heights.. Its at d heart of d City.. Its is pretty expensive as compared to competitors around like Ginger Hotel, etc.Ambience of the property was nice.. Room were pretty big, very Neat n Clean alongwith beddings n bathrooms.. Employees here were also supportive but did some mis-comitments..Complementary Breakfast was also nice.. They served many varieties like Paratha n Saji, Bread Omlette, Chutney, Fresh Papaya/watermelon Juice, Milk n Cornflakes, Fruits like banana, Ratatouille dish, etc.. Nourishing n Tasty it was..Parking Space inside is not much, very limited..Only dissatisfying thing was that our main purpose of visit wasnt served.. We went here just after Fani Cyclone where d whole city was suffering from Electricity Crisis n added to that Summer heat waves.. N this property was one of d only few hotels in city that committed Air-conditioned rooms (centrally) in intervals of few hours a day.. But i didnt find it working at all.. So we had to settle with Fan only. I would have certainly given 5stars if AC worked.. But d only reason Im deducting 3Stars is for false commitments n for a four Star Hotels inability to cater Crisis n provide services eventhough charging exorbitantly.. Rest all were Good!

Not so good

I know this place for the past 16 years since it was just a bar. Yes, it has brought in rooms for lodging and is a descent place particularly in the Chandrasekharpur and surrounding areas.Rain was a dampened when I saw water leaking across many places in the area close to the reception. The approach to the reception is not descent; it has to take care of these aspects if it has to stand out in competition.Otherwise rooms are good and so also the array of foods.

A 4 star hotel with 5 star service. Rooms are really spacious, tidy and well lit.Though it is bit old in construct but the aura of the place hasnt fade. I must appreciate the buffet breakfast here. Sumptuous with so many options to choose. Really worth!

One of the good hotels that I have stayed in Bhubaneswar. For the tariff that I paid, this was excellent. Though slightly old hotel but very well maintained and comfortable. Bedrooms with outer view that I stayed in, are quite large and amenities in the room were very good including toiletries.In the heart of the city and if you feel like shopping there is a small shopping mall in the same building. The hotel is this behind the shopping mall and is connected on the third floor where the hotel has a huge restaurant.The breakfast served was very good and elaborate.Overall a great stay in this hotel, very good for business Traveller.

The Hotel is indeed a good place to stay and value for money. Staff are well educated, washroom is super neat and clean, rooms are massive.There is separate sofa and an impressive mini bar list.

Very poor services. Almost everything non working. Switches, hot water, dirty smelly rooms. No sense of things needed. Iron was not available. When supplied not working. Iron table had no cloth base

Stayed 4 nights here. The original room assigned to me has some strong chemical /cleaning liquid smell. However when I reported to Suman(Senior Manager) , she immediately offered me another room and the new room was good. Over all the experience here is good. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and the all staff are very polite and good. I am not sure the price what I got on Makemytrip(booked thru them) is a good deal, but overall I strongly recommend this hotel if you need a decent place with good staff and service.

Musty smelling rooms, the odd dirty looking fresh towel, took a good 30 minute for the shower to dispense warm (let alone hot) water. No windows in the rooms we were in.Breeze food was downright awful. Everything is fried - do not go by their fancy menu - theres no one to make it right.

Hotel Pal heights is level four star hotel centrally located in capital city Bhubaneswar, odisha state. I am overwhelmed if not surprised with the facilities therein. Two eateries, one open restaurant, bar, lounge, board rooms, spa, etc., Rooms are spacious but wask room are wee bit congested.Laundry services are any is there. Food, i only tried is breakfast, is good. I have no comments on bar services and lunch and dinner.Parking is available at free. The best thing i can say with all these is a attached shopping mall.Another thing i got impressed is they provided a complimentary tea or coffee of your choice and of course, at your choice of time in the morning. I neverever seen this compliment in any of the hotels i stayed.I recommend this hotel for those who plans a short stay either on business or leisure trip.

Very bad stay experience

I visited the hotel to meet one of my close friend. Finished my visit with dinner at Zaaika restaurant. Upon arrival we received a traditional and warm welcome. The ambience inside is okay (there is no wow factor). Food served was okay. The tandoori chicken was tasty. Chilly chicken was disappointing though. Main course was good (above average). The sizzling brownie was tasty but the way it was served indicates staffs are not well trained. The hot chocolate was already poured when served on the table. The joy of seeing the smoke coming out and the sizzling sound was missing. Anyways it was an average experience in the restaurant. Location wise the hotel is situated at a strategic place. Since its inside Pal heights mall you get some options for shopping.To keep the kids busy there are games and fun activities on the ground floor of the mall.For quick bites there are other restaurants & food options available in the mall.

This is the first hotel Pal Heights situated near Jayadev Vihar. The second one is between Bhubaneswar and Cuttack near Pahala. This hotel has been renovated and has good rooms, food is of excellent quality. It has malls and fastfood counters.

The best part of the hotel is it is well connected and in the midst of commercial area. The food is very good and service is also good. And coming to opportunities - The rooms can be in sync with the times. ( Bathroom fittings etc)

Located in Jaidev Vihar, although front look not so impressive but once you enter the front office is warm welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the staff is cordial. The food served in three different restaurants is amazingly tasty. A wonderful stay for any purpose.

Superb hotel. Nice and clean room great food. The only improvement they need is to provide magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Mall Attached Hotel:Location is in proximity to all the places you wanted to visit. There is a mall attached to it so you dont have to go anywhere else for shopping.Rooms are spacious, modern and with adequate amenities. Food is excellent. Buffet at Breeze rooftop restaurant, with open air, is also recommended. One should not miss their food at Zaika restaurant.The house keeping staff and the service is quick. This is a decent hotel in prime location of the city with amenities which requires urgent repairs.

Old time charm. Needs a little touch up here and there but otherwise quite a nice place to stay. I like their choice of morning tea. Staff for cordial and helpful. Food reasonably decent - specially the eastern delights ! Let me be fair in accepting that this place is better than what I had anticipated. You leave this place with a small hamper for the day - which I thought was a very sweet gesture !

I must have stayed in this hotel some half-a-dozen times by now - all official visits to a nearby organization. It is withing 30 min driving distance from the airport. The reception area and the courteous staff always make one feel quite welcome. The rooms are fairly large sized and well-lit through large windows. The breakfast spread generally has fairly good variety. The food prices in the two restaurants are rather on the steeper side, but otherwise of good quality. The adjoining shopping mall has a food-court, which can serve as an alternative once in a while.

Its located at a very convenient place with ample space of parking beside. The Zaika for its casual dining with great ambience n Desire the pub with the genial vibes makes the mall bit attractive for the visitors. With all the facilities starting from room stay, dining, goods n accessories its owning the heart of the people of Bhubaneswar along with the migratories. Convention hall is also available for party n corporate meeting purposes. Cool place to hangout indeed.

After losing an important nights sleep due to a wedding that took place in front of my room, I complained to the front desk. They told me a manager will respond and react with ADJUSTMENT, no worries. After checking for two days, they never maden any adjustments. When I was ready to check, I argued again and after some time they came back with an insulting offer. I complained again. No luck! I will never stay there again! And I dont recommend this place, as the rooms are old, decreped, and the breakfast was oversold.At least the restaurant and service was good.

Amazing hospitality and that was unexpected I usually go to the JW and IBIS at new delhi but you guys have that ability to match that kind of service level in the minimum cost.I doubt you guys earn and save something from this hotel or not because you have maintained the adequate staff with unmatched service.Please keep the growth on.The room size was also like king size room.The staff is very friendly and ready to serve.The room size and cleanliness with an outstanding breakfats buffet.

The space for banquet is really cramp and water tight. One has to go through the visitors rooms, no separate path ways. Food was pathetic.

This hotel has excellent ambience and very courteous staff. front desk is also very helpful. area is very clean and safe. only con is that is at the backside of Pal Heights Mall and hence there is no great view from windows. but good point is that we can do purchase from shopping market in mall.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Pal Heights. Starting with courteous staff & delicious food the hotel is well placed and close proximity of Railways and Airport .The services were very prompt and appreciable. The lady at the reception was fast enough to get the bills arranged and the check out done without waiting for long. The spa facility was good , but can be improved.Only Wifi was a matter of concern where I got only 100 MB to consume . Would appreciate if the data was a little more .I would like to come back on my next visit and would also recommend my fellow colleagues who travel to BBSR to stay at this hotel .

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This is one of the best place to hangout in Bhubaneshwar. This place is bit expensive but its great to enjoy here. Many people from all over the Bhubaneshwar come here to enjoy in the Pub and in the restaurants. You can come here for a quick weekend getaway. The food here is also very amazing. I like the structure of the building a lot. This place is always very busy. This place is very well maintained and is very clean. If you want some great food and also you want to enjoy with your friends, this is the best place to do it.

Very good hotel with good facilities. Staff is very helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet has a variety of food items that cater for the needs of both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. They have in-room food services too. Laundry facility is available. Bathroom is spacious, clean and even has a hairdryer. The bathroom has an intercom for convenience. The rooms have various types of lights and lamps well placed for you to turn them on according to your needs. Theres a study table with an inbuilt study lamp. One downside would be that the blankets are not that clean even though they look white and clean. The blanket covers have a slight smell. The rooms have an AC and a fan too. The restaurant on the 3rd floor has both indoor and outdoor area for dining. Then, theres a Pal Heights mall attached to the hotel and connects the hotel to the mall through the 3rd floor restaurant. The mall has every different kind of shop too. Overall, the ambience is very pleasant.
