Would have given 5 star if the service is much faster , then it is now .

I have a bad very bad experience they refuse to accept my device they say we are already busy the employee also were very arrogant the place was also very nasty.

I went to get my phone checked as it was not getting charged, the executive without giving a check straight away told me the part will be changed my phone was under warranty and did not go under any physical damage that time it was very unprofessional being a big brand samsung should value their customer and the service must be done with the same eagerness as they do the marketing of their product.

Staff behavior very bad Im very disappointed his service.

Had take my phone for charging port repair. The technician didnt repair it, and caused a damage due to which the phone doesnt receive mobile signals. And after asking them to repair it, they said that there is problem on the mother board.Will strongly advised not to visit this service center.Also, when I was leaving the service center, they were laughing and making fun of my question of repairing it.
