Poor mans 5 star hotel.

Worst experience of my life. I m travelling so many place in the country. but this is my worst stay. these r the fraud people. ye aapse stay k bad other charges katte h bedsheets or towel gandi hone k nam par. aajkal ye inka business h.

Short review: It is okay for a single travellerPros:1. Average price (Ill suggest anyone to book through MakeMyTrip for saving some money)2. Neat rooms3. Helpful room service personnelCons:1. There is local wine shop near to the hotel that is always crowded, which some people may not like it.2. No good restaurants nearby. Have to walk a great distance to eat a good lunch.

If you are on a tight budget, give this place a try. The Executive Room is alright - A/C doesn’t work, no hot water, dirty sheets and towel. Otherwise, give this place is a skip.

I have recently stayed at fab the room cleaning superb the front desk boy helpful with great tune of speak 😁

Rooms are decent and clean !Near to Bhopal Junction (uber auto will charge 30-40 rupees )Staff is good and cooperative but they are unable to explain the additional charges and early checking-late checkout charges.Here Oyo and fab both is there and normal booking is also preferable.There is TV and AC which are ok ok but no facility for hot water kettle or coffe mugs.Nothing is there which usually Oyo or any other good hotels provide.Also they didnt provide full size mirror which I think is necessary.Also no toiletries are provided.Reception service is good they answer the calls fast but the delivery you cant expect as fast as they received your call.It is overall a good experience of staying which is affordable and quite near to station and in middle of bhopal.You can also found shops nearby if you want to buy something and its on the roadside so commute is available 24×7 and uber ola is also there.There is city bus stop nearby.

Rooms are good and clean. Food also good.

Overall the hotel was good. Good cleanliness. Staff can be more trained on customer service skills. I didnt had food so have no idea on food. Else, it can be stay place if you want to reach railway station. This place has its own car parking space,which is also a plus.

Had a very good stay here.Everything was up to mark. The thing i liked most is dedicated parking space.Room accommodation was very good, everything was neat and clean.

I gave 4 star to the room and bathroom because it was not that much clean. For food Ill give 4.5. The person working there were all friendly in nature Ill give 5 star to them. Overall a good and pleasant experience. Will stay there in future.

Excellent place to stay in Bhopal. everything is prefect just like 5 star. Food is excellent and staff is very courteous. Infrastructure room everything sounds awesome. Value money Hotel. Recommend to everyone.

Budget accommodation situated at a prime location. Safe parking inside. Lawn and a banquet hall is available for exclusive parties and celebrations. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom has issue, bath cubical does not have a shower curtain or glass door hence water splashes all over. Good for business travellers. Early morning gets a little noisy because of vehicles on the road and Ajaan from the nearby mosque - not much can be done. Does not have a restaurant but serves food in the room. Reasonably priced, good food. Inclusive breakfast is very average.Overall good business small hotel

Value for money. Close to the Bhopal Railway Station. But breakfast quality needs to be improved. Very limited options for Digital Payment. Parking is very safe.

The hotel room wasnt very clean, nor was it serviced regularly even after we insisted. Toiletries were not provided in the room nor did they provide a bottle of water daily. The toilets were unclean, some tiles were missing and their shower tap was falling off. Their doorknob was broken and not even fixed even though we were staying there for quite sometime. Their staff is laid back and extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel is located on a lane which is not safe for solo women travellers at night. The hotel doesnt have a restaurant but has room service. the food is ok. Though it is a budget hotel I would suggest one skips this hotel.

Oh how can I forget to review a place as such. I was there for a shoot in Bhopal and wanted a nice location for it. Didnt have to look around a lot as the rooms were so perfect that I didnt had to find another place. The price cap is really in budget and the savings can be used to visit nearby lakes and museums. I would definitely stay here again when I go to Bhopal next.

Hotel is under group of fab hotels at Bhopal.Location is good, near to Bhopal junction.24 hours reception is available.Room is well spaced, managed & furnished.AC is the room was not good even at 18 deg C.Card payment was not working,.Bathrooms were well spaced.Bed was very disturbing, got back pain the morning.Water bottle, tea-coffee maker not placed in the room.With respect to the cost room was just OK.

Its a nice hotel in Bhopal. Near and tidy. Service is good the rate is very good economical and pocket friendly. It will fit your budget.

Can be worth more if few things are improved. To start with...the spacious room chosen by me for 4 night stay was facing main road which is a very busy and noisy one and the locality is not a preferred though its close to railway station. The broken cover of commode was not repaired during my stay and staff was very cool about it asking me to not cover the commode!! House keeping is only on demand and after repetitive follow up. Food is good but breakfast options in buffet are very Ltd and dont expect any freshness if you have breakfast by 9.30 or later. When asked for extra hand towel I got bath towel as all were issued to guests!! Room interiors are well done and washroom is up to expectations too. Biggest let down... reception guy said guests are not permitted in the room and I should come down and meet them at reception!!! I was in Bhopal for a wedding and had booked for self and Dad whereas my wife and kid stayed at different place. Wife and sister in law would come down to dress up and these guys had an objection to it saying your room is double occupancy and only two ppl can use it :D :D :D I would suggest not choose any hotel close to railway station in Bhopal.

Its located on the main road, easy to spot. The rooms are big, spacious and clean, staff is helpful, check in was swift. Linens would be cleaner.

It is a very well located hotel. Clean and large rooms. I didnt like the breakfast they offered, I expected variety but got only 3 options. No salad, Eggs, and coffee!

Hotel and staff is cooperative, but the only issue is location of this hotel. Its located in busiest road of bhopal, surrounded with lots of small shops and many people. Parking space is there but you have to travel a lot if your purpose of visit is to explore bhopal, because to reach here you will have to travel a lot daily.

Hotel was good, clean and service was good. food ordered was tasty. the only problem was I asked for car wash. a guy did it and charged me 500 inr for the same, which was 10 times higher than normal price.

It is a very economical hotel for the services it provides. and is located in the heart of the city.Has nice and clean rooms with clean & modern washroom. You can book this via oyo rooms too.

The receptionist and hotel staff is very polite and well mannerd, when I enter in the hotel.the room was very good and cleaned .There was good view of fronted mosque from the room.talking about breakfast it was tasty and good food, although the drinking water could be better.overall it was a memorable stay.

Bed bugs in the first room. Changed rooms and had a weird experience of banging on the door at 2am and a call from the reception at the same time. Did not feel safe at all.

Terrible experience with stay and food. Typical traditional cheap hotel with old issues like poorly maintained room, bed was uncomfortable(poor quality spring mattress used), dirty washroom, tasteless food. Breakfast was very disappointing poha and puri bhaaji that too tasteless. Had to check out early and staff took lot of time to complete formalities, the only reason I booked was its location/had an early morning flight. Dont know how people have rated it 4/5 star. OYO is far better in every aspect.

This hotel is good for locals as well as travelers who end up to drink late night. It is open late night by 3 am.

It was ok stay.washroom was stinking.we booked through fab application .the room wasnt that good. waiter and watchman will stand on head for tips .though we checked in at 4 pm in evening and requested checkout next day at 1. hotel staff wasnt cooperative atall.they called us at exact 11 to vacant the room.

Room is awesome.. service is great....but i felt mosquito problem....& the main thing is that when u checkout then u will hav to pay 28 % tax on tatal of your expenditure (room + food etc) without a proper authentic bill .

+ Neat Rooms+ Close proximity to bus stand+ We walked our way from the bus stand to the hotel+ They arrange tourist cabs but they are very expensive. We were asked around Rs. 4000 to Bimbedka and back for Tavera+ Very close to Manohar Dairy(must try the food here)+ Auto fares around Rs.50 to the railway station but was much closer. They must have charged only Rs. 20 though. Fares around Rs. 100 to the Mrignayanee Showroom.+ ATM close proximity- Rooms not cozy- Felt the rooms were slightly expensive. The rooms could have easily been Rs. 300 - 400 cheaper- Not great surrounding- Their cab arrangement for tourists on expensive side. May be the better option is not to ask them for cabs even to far off places.

Ive stayed in fabhotel president for 3-4 times now, the facilities are moderate for a budget hotel but this time around the receptionist was exceptionally rude and ill mannered he lacked basic hospitality skills which you expect from even a 2 star hotel, if you like an all round experience i would suggest you try someplace different.

One of the best hotel of bhopal, completely overwhelmed by its food. The food was so amazing that you dont get at five star properties. Got the chance to meet one of the Chef Manish Mehrotra, loved to see how much attention he gave for every small thing. I look forward to visit again.
