This is an amazing apartment complex. Amazing amenities available like the gym and a pool. Huge car parking place. I’m giving it a 4 star coz What I don’t like much about it is the surrounding area.

Excellent amenities and good finishing of the high rise building, well connected with DH Road,all major hospitals, schools, colleges, banks are very close to the project & best rate within a 3 km radious.

The address of this location is kantapukur not mominpur or Alipore, google it, there is a morgue next to this project. All dead bodies of murdered people, accidental cases and people who have committed suicide come there. I have not seen the project but I heard that it has all modern amenities and the flats are also good that’s why I am giving it a 2 star else it deserved a 0 for the location. I wonder if the builder or the agents have mentioned about the morgue. I don’t believe in ghosts and all but if I had to buy an apartment there and if I would ever hear an ambulance siren then my entire day would go bad thinking that a dead body has arrived at the morgue.

Its a multistoried apartment at at BK Road khidirpur and it is accessible through mayurbhanj Road Hussain shah Road as well as remount Road the locality is that that good but once you enter the apartment its good it has its own swimming pool a small garden for kids and and a very good community Hall for marriages and small location overall a good place to live
