Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was bang average as there were not too many options to choose from and live counter food was not that good. I order poached eggs and have to return it back 3 times as they were all well done instead of gooey which I had asked for. Staff was helpful though. Swimming pool was not operational due to COVID but check one time before booking. Gym was open.

Just 2 years old hotel. Excellent & tasty food. Rooms are sufficient for 2. Cooperative staff. Leady in restaurant takes feedback of every customer about services food taste and gives feedback immediately to concerns. Chef came out for thanking us and to others for feedback. Toiletries need to replace with better quality.

Had a wonderful experience with Fern Residency in Bhopal.Thank for upgrading my Room.In-Room services call attendant need to improve better and Morning Breakfast service need improve better ( Example : Live order didnt come on table , Empty item werent refilled for 30 mins and In fruits only cold fruit are available nothing at room temperature fruit werent available)Nice property for couples and single traveller.But due to local Bar shop at the road entry point its very crowd.

Been staying at this hotel almost every week since June and all I can say is that it is easily amongst the top properties here. the staff is polite and courteous, the restaurant and food offerings are excellent, the property does show a bit of age but still a great place to stay at. a special thanks to Rohit, Navel, Jitendra, and Kunal (symphony) for making our stay always comfortable every time we are there. thank you Fern, Bhopal.

I Will never visit the place again and won’t recommend it to anyone.Yesterday we had a dinner buffet there and our experience was awful from start to finish, worst service I have experienced.a) Sleepy service yet the restaurant was damn near empty, it almost took an hour to get our starters served.b) Initially we were given uncleaned plates with left over yellow masala marks.c) you can’t expect the service etiquettes from their staff very unprofessional - the way they pour water into your glass and spilling it on the table, while serving the dessert-the serving bowl was so greasy and covered with dessert marks all over which was barely palatable.Only one of the managers(tall one) besides the ambiance and the Salad was good!!

Centrally located and clean spacious rooms. Very good food too.However, there are noises and vibrations in some rooms from various equipment.

Stayed 3 times and every time i booked for king size bed, instead i was provided with twin single beds, on enquiry they always cry out loud for non availability. Its a good property but poorly managed. I must request you all to stay away, even MP tourism hotels are not this worst in hospitality.

We went their for Sunday brunch and must say it was by far one of our best experiences in Bhopal. The staff was very humble and courteous especially Mr Kunal and food was amazing. Must visit this place with friends and family.

We did not stay there , but dont intend to either , we went to enquire about a party celebration. The manager was quite rude as if he was going to pay us for a service. Very inhospitable to say the least. They probably have many customers , as he said , so definitely they dont need more . Just 15 minutes of interaction with the staff was enough to keep us away from the hotel.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. Rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 8am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

I was booked room and call for confirmation. One of their employee (Kamal Parihar) attend the call and abuse in drunk,I complaint against him their GM firstly tell me that this wasnt his mistakes,Than I share screenshot than they havent any answer about it.Than that call me and offer that they will warn him ( Warning for normal mistakes it was serious offences even its a crime)They didnt give him warning either cz didnt share warning letter after telling about it to share it on mail.After that their senior manager call and told that it was a normal mistakes so we gave him warning its enough to punish him.After that I made legal complaint in local police station against that guy !Im a roamer visited most of place in india but didnt see this type of rules.Even my company direct fired staff in not serious crime.WORST HOTEL EVER SEE IN LIFE....HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL!!!!

Service is quite poor, for everything you need to send atleast 2 reminders. 401 allotted to me is worst room. All housekeeping stuff is stacked just outside your door which of course, doesnt give a good feeling every time you open door. Discussed with reception Naval Kishore assured to clear but it was never done. Talked to housekeeping staff and informed that this is the only zone allotted to them and 401 is given to least preferred customer....what an hospitality; not sure what prompted them to treat me as one :(. I cannot give less than 1 star and so the rating. Secondly never take room on road side, its horrible noise through out night.

The Fern Residency is a new star hotel in Bhopal...Good Ambiance, clean rooms and they provide all stuff in rooms, restaurant was quite superb.It in prime location too and takes 40 mins from Airport.Rates of hotels are always dicy i got a good deal and comfort stay

As bhopal dont have to much good properties for business traveller. But the Newly built fern residency property is good and near to ISBT bhopal, staff is very much helpful. Mangaer mr. Shravan is always very much helpful. Breakfast is good, but surely there is chances of improvement in dinner of MAP plan. Rooms are big in size and neat and clean. Toilet is good, thoroughly clean. Everyday toiletries usually refilled. Hotel also have gym and swimming pool. Gym have one treadmill and one cycle and set of dumbbell and other items also available.

Staying in covid at Fern Residency was a relief. The staff took good care of saftey precautions although few of them had their masks off. They claimed rooms are sanitized and looked that too.Overall comfortable stay and good ambience with good quality tasty food. They do not have buffet dinner but in room dining options are plenty.

Its perfect place to dine in the centre of the city. The food is perfect and so is the ambience( very few are aware that its chain hotel). The live music was soothing to ears even if you. Wana talk amongst yourselves. Although we ordered ala carte but buffetwas also very much into pockets.

Attended a conference and stayed overnight. A nice place with all the basics in place for a business visit. They have a couple of conference rooms that are good for small group meetings. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food was reasonably good as well.
